God's Food Pyramind Part 3...The Foundations of the Springs of Eternal Life- You Must Have Healthy Soil and Water to Have Healthy Food!

Happy Thanksgiving

Isaiah 58 Ministries                    Thanksgiving Edition                 November, 2015

Pastor Leah "Faith"

Scriptures: Genesis 1:27-30, Psalms 121:5-8, Psalms 4:8

Genesis 1:27-30
27 So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 And God blessed them [granting them certain authority] and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subjugate it [putting it under your power]; and rule over (dominate) the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves upon the earth.” 29 So God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of the entire earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you;30 and to all the animals on the earth and to every bird of the air and to everything that moves on the ground—to everything in which there is the breath of life—I have given every green plant for food”

When we talk about healthy food, we have to start with the foundation:
Good Soil and Good Water! If we don't have those two elements, all the seeds in the world will not produce a healthy animal, plant, or person... So, let's get started!

Good Morning Class I'm sure you are eager to get started learning all about life and all the things that make for a happy, healthy and very good  life. God created us and he gave us a job to do every day.  We are supposed to take good care of the earth. That means we have to take good care of the fish, the birds, and every living thing that moves on the earth.
God wants you to enjoy everything you do. Life is to be enjoyed every minute!
Do you think you can do that?

None of us can do it without God's help and each person has to do their part. So we have to talk to God every day and ask  God for his help. God teaches us. God gives us his love, his spirit, his power and his wisdom. You know what else God does?  He works side by side with us taking good care of the earth. When we lay down and when we wake up he is watching over us to protect us and care for us.

Deuteronomy 8:
He humbled you and allowed you to be hungry and fed you with manna, [a substance] which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, so that He might make you understand [by personal experience] that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord. Your clothing did not wear out on you, nor did your feet swell these forty years. Therefore, know in your heart (be fully cognizant) that the Lord your God disciplines and instructs you just as a man disciplines and instructs his son. Therefore, you shall keep the commandments of the Lord your God, to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in His ways and fear [and worship] Him [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect].
For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, flowing forth in valleys and hills; a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey; a land where you will eat bread without shortage, in which you will lack nothing; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills you can dig copper. 10 When you have eaten and are satisfied, then you shall bless the Lord your God for the good land which He has given you.

12 otherwise, when you have eaten and are satisfied, and have built good houses and lived in them, 13 and when your herds and flocks multiply, and your silver and gold multiply,

LOOK HERE!!  THE BEGINNINGS OF GOD'S FOOD PYRAMID START WITH GOOD SOIL AND GOOD WATER!
1. Good land

2. Brooks of WATER (Healthy, uncontaminated with pollutants, chemicals, pharmaceuticals...)
3. Fountains and Springs!!!
THEN  with GOOD LAND and SWEET WATER:

1.Wheat and Barley (bread)
2. Vineyards and Fig Trees and Pomegrantes (fruit)
3. Olive Oil

4. Honey Deut 10:12 “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require from you, but to fear [and worship] the Lord your God [with awe-filled reverence and profound respect], to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in all His ways and to love Him, and to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul [your choices, your thoughts, your whole being], 13 and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I am commanding you today for your good?

God is always with us. He is with you right now!  You can feel his Holy Spirit present with you when you are thinking about how much he loves you and  When you are thinking about how much you love him. He gives us his Spirit so we always know he is right there with us and in us!

Psalm 121:5-8 (NLT)

The Lord himself watches over you!
The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade.
The sun will not harm you by day,
    nor the moon at night.
The Lord keeps you from all harm
    and watches over your life.
The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go,
    both now and forever.

Psalms 4:8
Thou hast given me more joy of heart, than they have had, when their wheat and their wine did abound.

I will lay me down, and also sleep in peace: for thou, [k]Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.

Deut 11  11 But the land into which you are about to cross to possess, a land of hills and valleys, drinks water from the rain of heaven, 12 a land for which the Lord your God cares; the eyes of the Lord your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

AGAIN... See here we have good land that the Lord Himself cares for that drinks water from the rain of heaven!

13 “It shall come about, if you listen obediently and pay attention to My commandments which I command you today—to love the Lord your God and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul [your choices, your thoughts, your whole being]— 14 that [f]He will give the rain for your land in its season, the early [fall] rain and the late [spring] rain, so that you may gather in your grain and your new wine and your [olive] oil. 1
And [g]He will give grass in your fields for your cattle, and you will eat and be satisfied

LOOK HERE:
1.Rain... HEAVENLY HEALTHY WATER IN SEASON!!
2. Land... GOOD GRASS FROM GOD HIMSELF

We See the Elements of God's Food Pyramid:
1.Grain
2.New Wine
3. Oil
4.Cattle (meat... animals that survive and thrive on grass)

I am going to be God's helper and tell you some very important things on how to take care of yourself and take care of the earth and the fish in the water, the birds in the air and the living moving things on the earth.

God created water, air and the earth and put living moving things in all of them. He  feeds them all.

Today we are going to learn what God has given us for food and what that food has in it.  Some men make the same things but they are not good for us because they are artificial they are not natural so they are not good for anyone. Artificial foods and drinks make us very sick because they are poisonous and will kill us if we eat them.

Let's put first things first: WE NEED BETTER DIRT!

http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/soil-depletion-and-nutrition-loss/
  1. The following is from Scientific America. The findings are astounding but no one is raising alarm. Bottom line... you are hungry for nutrients, if you don't get them, your body will crave more food but your stomach may be full and you may be getting all the so called energy calories... One reason people survived and thrived on less food is because the food itself was nutrient dense and provided the mental and physical feeling of completeness.
They studied U.S. Department of Agriculture nutritional data from both 1950 and 1999 for 43 different vegetables and fruits, finding “reliable declines” in the amount of protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin (vitamin B2) and vitamin C over the past half century   Efforts to breed new varieties of crops that provide greater yield, pest resistance and climate adaptability have allowed crops to grow bigger and more rapidly,” reported Davis, “but their ability to manufacture or uptake nutrients has not kept pace with their rapid growth.” There have likely been declines in other nutrients, too, he said, such as magnesium, zinc and vitamins B-6 and E, but they were not studied in 1950 and more research is needed to find out how much less we are getting of these key vitamins and minerals.
The Organic Consumers Association cites several other studies with similar findings: A Kushi Institute analysis of nutrient data from 1975 to 1997 found that average calcium levels in 12 fresh vegetables dropped 27 percent; iron levels 37 percent; vitamin A levels 21 percent, and vitamin C levels 30 percent. A similar study of British nutrient data from 1930 to 1980, published in the British Food Journal, found that in 20 vegetables the average calcium content had declined 19 percent; iron 22 percent; and potassium 14 percent. Yet another study concluded that one would have to eat eight oranges today to derive the same amount of Vitamin A as our grandparents would have gotten from one.

"Post-World War II, nearly half the U.S. population was living on a farm feeding America," says Gene Lester, PhD, a plant physiologist with the USDA. "Now we have 1% to 2% of the population feeding the other 99%, and we have much less acreage devoted to farmland."

The Greek physician Hippocrates proclaimed nearly 2,500 years ago: “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
But you can't if you medicine is watered down and lacking in potency.

    https://www.organicconsumers.org/old_articles/ofgu/vegies121205.php

Do you eat your fruits and veggies? Do you eat whole wheat, chomp down on nuts and cheese but still feel sluggish, battle your jeans, and are otherwise just plain frustrated that what you thought was healthy eating isn't going the way you hoped?
IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT!! Our bodies are wonderfully designed by God to indicated to us what we need to survive. In the absence of a grocery store presenting all kinds of choices, put yourself on a farm, and your body will literally gravitate to the nutrients you need.. Right now we, through greed, misunderstanding, and corruption, have cornered ourselves... overweight if we eat enough food to get all the nutrients we need... and cardiovascular and chronic disease like depression and diabetes when we don't get proper vitamins and nutrients.

http://www.worldwatch.org/node/5339
To get our recommended daily allowance of nutrients, we have to eat many more slices of bread today than people had to eat in the past,” notes report author and Worldwatch Institute food expert Brian Halweil. “Less nutrition per calorie consumed affects consumers in much in the same way as monetary inflation; that is, we have more food, but it’s worth less in terms of nutritional value.”
According to the report, Still No Free Lunch, food scientists have compared the nutritional levels of modern crops with historic, and generally lower-yielding, ones. Today’s food produces 10 to 25 percent less iron, zinc, protein, calcium, vitamin C, and other nutrients, the studies show. Researchers from Washington State University who analyzed 63 spring wheat cultivars grown between 1842 and 2003 found an 11 percent decline in iron content, a 16 percent decline in copper, a 25 percent decline in zinc, and a 50 percent decline in selenium.
Improving the nutritional quality of food on a per-serving basis is an important step in addressing worldwide health problems, the report notes. “Less nutrient-dense foods, coupled with poor food choices, go a long way toward explaining today’s epidemics of obesity and diabetes,” says The Organic Center’s chief scientist, Charles Benbrook.
Plants cultivated to produce higher yields tend to have less energy for other activities like growing deep roots and generating phytochemicals—health-promoting compounds like antioxidants—the report explains. And conventional farming methods, such as close plant spacing and the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, often cause crops to absorb fewer nutrients and have unhealthy root systems and less flavor, and sometimes make them more vulnerable to pests.

When making the change to real food, weight loss has to come last as a priority, even for those really struggling with weight. Why? Because calories are just one part of the health equation.. If you don't have proper vitamin and mineral levels, the other organs in your body will not function. Sometimes, as my raw milk friend told me, you will gain weight when transitioning to real food. And folks, that is actually a good thing. It can be frustrating because many people change their lifestyles to loose weight but again, if that is your primary goal, real food is going to be a roller coaster of elation and disappointment...
The focus needs to be on health #1. Now, the quickest way to any weight lose with real food is to grow your own animals on pasture and plant in super soil... but many of us don't have enough land to do this...we are stuck often with modern veggies that just don't pack that nutrient punch that they did 70-100 yrs ago.
I know that what I grow will have more nutrients than in the store. I work hard to amend my soil and every year do more.

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2015/01/19/magnesium-deficiency.aspx
Take magnesium for example: Magnesium is farmed out of the soil much more than calcium… A hundred years ago, we would get maybe 500 milligrams of magnesium in an ordinary diet. Now we're lucky to get 200 milligrams.” Researchers have now detected 3,751 magnesium-binding sites on human proteins, indicating that its role in human health and disease may have been vastly underestimated.3

Magnesium is also found in more than 300 different enzymes in your body and plays a role in your body's detoxification processes, making it important for helping to prevent damage from environmental chemicals, heavy metals, and other toxins. In addition, magnesium is necessary for:

Activating muscles and nerves
Creating energy in your body by activating adenosine triphosphate (ATP)
Helping digest proteins, carbohydrates, and fats
Serving as a building block for RNA and DNA synthesis
Acting as a precursor for neurotransmitters like serotonin
Dr. Dean has studied and written about magnesium for more than 15 years. The latest addition of her book, The Magnesium Miracle, came out in 2014 and in it you can learn about 22 medical areas that magnesium deficiency triggers or causes, all of which have all been scientifically proven. This includes:4

Anxiety and panic attacks Asthma Blood clots
Bowel diseases Cystitis Depression
Detoxification Diabetes Fatigue
Heart disease Hypertension Hypoglycemia
Insomnia Kidney disease Liver disease
Migraine Musculoskeletal conditions (fibromyalgia, cramps, chronic back pain, etc.) Nerve problems
Obstetrics and gynecology (PMS, infertility, and preeclampsia) Osteoporosis Raynaud’s syndrome
Tooth decay

The earth is made of water and land. 70% of the earth is water, the oceans and seas.  But there is 3 times that amount of water under the land.

Understanding Ground-water Systems

Ground Water on the Move: Ground water is defined as underground water found in the pore space of rocks. Ground water does not stay underground forever, and it does not lie still waiting for us to draw it from a well. Ground water moves as part of the hydrologic cycle, the endless circulation of water from the atmosphere onto the surface and into the subsurface regions of the earth and then back from the surface to the atmosphere (fig. 1). Precipitation becomes surface water, soil moisture, and ground water. Like surface water, ground water flows toward and into streams, rivers, marshes, and lakes. Ground water circulates back to the surface in this way, and, from the surface, water returns to the atmosphere through evaporation and transpiration (plant respiration).
The process by which water from rainfall and melting snow seeps into the soil and percolates into the saturated zone is called recharge. Places where recharge occurs are referred to as recharge areas. When this water reappears at the ground surface, this is called discharge. Besides flowing into streams, marshes, and lakes, ground water also may discharge in the form of springs and flowing wells.
Ground Water and Aquifers: Many terms are used to describe the nature and extent of ground-water resources. The level below which all the pore spaces in the ground are filled with water is called thewater table (fig. 1). The entire region below the water table is called the saturated zone, and water in this saturated zone is called ground water.
Figure 1--The hydrologic cycle. Precipitation falls to the earth's surface, runs off or infiltrates the ground, then moves back to the surface and into the atmosphere through transpiration or evaporation. The alluvial aquifer is the cross sectional area shown in yellow and labeled alluvium.

Typically, groundwater is naturally clean and safe for consumption. Because the overlying soil acts as a filter, groundwater is usually free of disease-causing microorganisms.
God did not make the water "pure" with just H2O in it. He added a lot of others things that animals and humans need every day. The water in your tap has been demineralized, and in addition has many negative things added chlorine, fluoride, and even arsenic...

http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/water/water-toxins

A 1-cup serving of well water from the tap is calorie-free and contains 7 milligrams of calcium, 2 milligrams of magnesium and 12 milligrams of sodium.

Now that we all have a source of water
Milk a cow twice a day!
God wants us to care for animals.
Cows, chickens, pigs, goats, ducks, turkeys, sheep, donkeys, lamas, etc.

As we take care of these animals they give back to us.

Cows give us milk, cheese, sour cream, ice cream, yogurt, and beef, hamburgers, steak, roast beef.

Milk right out of the cow has many benefits.
http://draxe.com/raw-milk-benefits/   The following is an excerpt from this web page.

#1  Fat Soluble Vitamins A, D, and K2 – Since raw milk comes from cows grazing on grass, research studies have shown that it contains a higher level of heart healthy, cancer killing, fat-soluble vitamins.
#2  Short Chain Fatty Acids, CLA and Omega-3’Raw milk is one of the highest sources of minerals.  One serving of raw milk contains about 400 mg of calcium, 50 mg of magnesium and 500 mg of potassium.
#4  Probiotics: Kefir, Cheese, Yogurt – Probiotics are only found in small amounts in raw milk but when you ferment raw milk to make kefir, yogurt or cheese the good bacteria dramatically increases.  In fact, there are no other foods in the world as high in probiotics as cultured dairy products. Some disorders probiotic rich foods are known to help with include:
  • Colon cancer
  • Diarrhea
  • Inflammatory bowel disease
  • Intestinal infections
  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Skin infections
  • Weakened immune system
  • Urinary track infections
  • Vaginal yeast infections

bulins – By far, the best tasting curds and whey come from raw milk.  Whey protein is fantastic for anyone who is looking to burn fat and build muscle.  Whey is high in the following enzymes and proteins and the best way to get these immunity boosters is in their natural form which is real, raw milk.
  • Alpha-lactalbumin
  • Beta-lactoglobulin
  • Bovine serum albumin
  • Immunoglobulin
As you can see, raw milk is loaded with nutrients that support healthy lives and healing for our minds, bodies and families.  There is no other food in the world that contains such a stunning nutritional profile.
Nutrient and Immune Factors Pasteurized Milk Raw Milk
  Vitamin A  35% Reduction  100% Active

Sunshine is great!
Now let's take a  look at vitamin D, of which many people don’t get enough. New research is showing that this common vitamin deficiency may be related to much more than just weak bones — from diabetes and cancer to heart disease and multiple sclerosis. (You can read more about this important health issue in       Vitamin D: Sunshine and So Much More web wage

Vitamin D keeps bones strong. Recently however, this area of study has exploded as scientists uncover the vitamin’s far-reaching effects. Because it increases calcium levels, vitamin D indirectly fortifies bones and teeth. It also regulates cells all over the body, which explains vitamin D’s disparate roles, such as influencing insulin production and immune function, as well as helping prevent inflammation and cancer.

Life is to be enjoyed!

Corporation have to "artificial add vitamin D into foods but did you know God has given you free Vitamin D?  When you do the work God has given you to do every day you'll find yourself outside most of the time.  Being outside you receives Vitamin D from the sun. God has a perfect plan to keep everyone even the animals healthy. Enjoy the  "sunshine!

The End
