Liberty, in philosophy, involves free will as contrasted with determinism.[1] In politics, 

liberty consists of the social and political freedoms to which all community members are entitled.[2]

In theology, liberty is freedom from the bondage of sin.[3] ..... and those who would sin against me!

Jeremiah shows us what God is going to do to those who do not proclaim Liberty!

This is what is going to happen to anyone who participated in the overthrow of the rightful elections in American government and those who have benefited and cooperated in keeping it covered up. This first happened in the early 1900's starting with Rockefeller, Ford, and Carnegie in creating Public school system, to brain wash the masses. Then there was with President Wilson, who disobeyed the Constitution and gave the Federal Reserve their charter to enslave people to "One Central Bank". These people are the most wanted men in America, as is whoever continues their corruption in their names; Banks, Corporations, The Federal Reserve, Foreigners, corporations, charities and those that helped them, co-conspired with them, to do this crime, this sin against the people and put all of us  to be born into slavery to be under them and forever in debt to them, under them. Bringing America, nation born free from others in debt to God who set us free. We not nation  bound to them, to submit and obey them.
It started with Morgan, Rothchild, Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, to name a few. There have been  many successors in their "shadow government".

16 But ye turned and polluted my name, and caused every man his servant, and every man his handmaid, whom ye had set at liberty at their pleasure, to return, and brought them into subjection, to be 

unto you for servants and for handmaids.

17 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Ye have not hearkened unto me, in proclaiming liberty, every one to his brother, and every man to his neighbour: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you, saith the LORD, to the sword, to the pestilence, and to the famine; and I will make you to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.

Isaiah 63:4 - For the day of vengeance [is] in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.

In Conclusion 

Satanism in the disguise of secular humanism  in government, in the people is not benign, but is  our sworn enemy, the enemy of our of our Life, Liberty and pursuit of happiness.It seeks to enslave all men!

Ohio demands: the government must not keep a standing army because it is always a threat to Liberty. An army is always subject to civil authorities.
