Jesus cursed the fig tree and it dried up from the root.
Right now I am cursing the root of America's troubles, Woodrow Wilson a Democrat strong supporter of the KKK, and the "Jekyll Island Gang" and what they created: The Federal Reserve, IRS, Income and Property Taxes. In he early 1900's.
So to pray for Houston its imperative to go to the root of the problem. Whether we think the Hurricane was created by Global Warming or created by DARPA, (weather making tech.), it is globalization of industry that is the problem in either case. Starting in the early 1800's & 1900's with the take off of "man made inventions" due to the discover of the printing press spreading knowledge rapidly and oil products". (Bear with with until the end)
Like the Mathematician said in Jurassic Park:
"You were so involved in developing all this technology you never stopped to think if you should."
Since we are praying, then we believe and have faith in God. Was the storm hurricane an act of God? Maybe a combination of God and man?
The Amish also believe in God. yet they don't use technology unless they are force to by sinful men. I feel like I have been in every church and know every denomination in America. I never ket track. The point is, from what I have personally witnessed is, The Amish are the most "Holy", clean minded, and healthiest, smartest, wisest, and the closest to God
Statistically , 80 %, they don't need to lie and twist scripture to prove their point, like every other church. What do they know that other denominations do not know?
We have to Understand this as a Big Warning:
Anything that separates men from God
is the devil, is sin, not trusting God and not created by God!!
If machines and technology separate men from God, then they shouldn't be used. The Amish do what they can to avoid machinery.
The root of the problem is the sins of men.
We need to pray for these people who have sinned and caused such a great tragedy. Even pray for the Mayor of Houston a Democrat who in an egotistic fight of "Supremacy", trying to be more superior than the Governor, a Republican, a lot of people suffered because of his sin and stayed in their homes when the Governor said evacuate!
Prayer for the root of the problem: Sins of man
(Natural disasters will always be a apart of life. With the support of each other and the help of our neighbors most of the devastation can be avoided. Lives saved, rebuilt, healed, and put back together quickly if men were delivered from wickedness=sin.)
Praying for our enemies.
Father forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.
God you love them so much and want to show your love to them like you showed your love to me.
You forgave my sins!
You made me a brand new "type of creature".
You poured your life, love, wisdom, peace, and power of you very "Holy Spirit" into me and filled me with the knowledge of your will.
You took the desire to sin from me.
You gave me the power to do the right thing!!!
God you called me, anointed me and ordained me to proclaim the "Good News" of your love.
God you loved everyone so much you sent Jesus to die in their place, for them, so that they may be free from the guilt of sin and forgive them. You want to set the free from sin and the "Power" and "Pressure" of group "sin".
You long to set them free from The devil and his lying hoards upon the earth that had power of them that causes them to sin.
Oh Father, do the same for them as you have done for me!
Deliver them from sin, heal their souls, minds, fill them with your powerful love.
God set them Free!
For your power and love has no limits, no boundaries of what it can do, (what your spirit can do, he created everything from your word), you can bring the worse deceived, (brainwashed), by the devils lies, sinner into your love and family!
Just like you did Paul, an avid persecutor of of the Church, even to death!

THANK YOU FOR HEARING & ANSWERING MY PRAYER, YOU ALWAYS DO!
