DAY 95

Chapter 18: section 200........Thus that learned king, who well understood the notion of things, makes the difference betwixt a king and a tyrant to consist only in this, that one makes the laws the bounds of his power, and the good of the public, the end of his government; the other makes all give way to his own will and appetite.

Sect. 201. It is a mistake, to think this fault is proper only to monarchies; other forms of government {www.gutenberg.org/files/7370/7370-h/7370-h.htm 63/81 }are liable to it, as well as that:for wherever the power, that is put in any hands for the government of the people, and the preservation of their properties, is applied to other ends, and made use of to impoverish, harass, or subdue them to the arbitrary and irregular commands of those that have it; there it presently becomes tyranny, whether those that thus use it are one or many. Thus we read of the thirty tyrants at Athens, as well as one at Syracuse; and the intolerable dominion of the Decemviri at Rome was nothing better. Sect. 202. Where-ever law ends, tyranny begins, if the law be transgressed to another's harm; and whosoever in authority exceeds the power given him by the law, and makes use of the force he has under his command, to compass that upon the subject, which the law allows not, ceases in that to be a magistrate; and, acting without authority, may be opposed, as any other man, who by force invades the right of another. This is acknowledged in subordinate magistrates. He that hath authority to seize my person in the street, may be opposed as a thief and a robber, if he endeavours to break into my house to execute a writ, notwithstanding that I know he has such a warrant, and such a legal authority, as will impower him to arrest me abroad. And why this should not hold in the highest, as well as in the most inferior magistrate, I would gladly be informed. Is it reasonable, that the eldest brother, because he has the greatest part of his father's estate, should thereby have a right to take away any of his younger brothers portions? or that a rich man, who possessed a whole country, should from thence have a right to seize, when he pleased, the cottage and garden of his poor neighbour? The being rightfully possessed of great power and riches, exceedingly beyond the greatest part of the sons of Adam, is so far from being an excuse, much less a reason, for rapine and oppression, which the endamaging another without authority is, that it is a great aggravation of it:for the exceeding the bounds of authority is no more a right in a great, than in a petty officer; no more justifiable in a king than a constable; but is so much the worse in him, in that he has more trust put in him, has already a much greater share than the rest of his brethren, and is supposed, from the advantages of his education, employment, and counsellors, to be more knowing in the measures of right and wrong.

DAY 95

PG here, "Of Tyranny," Section 200: {Thus that learned king, who well understood the notion of things, makes the difference betwixt a king and a tyrant to consist only in this, that one makes the laws the bounds of his power, and the good of the public, the end of his government; the other makes all give way to his own will and appetite..........

Monday, May 19, 2025, Chapter 18, Sections 201 and 202, Page 92, for DAY 95. Reading a page a day of John Locke's "Second Treatise of Government." Sorry I am behind; this is for Saturday. We did a yard sale this weekend, and I went to bed very early. We are putting things away today, and I was in an accident. Something fell on my back legs. Now I am inside putting ice on my calves and writing up John Locke for Saturday, May 17, 2025, Day 95. I am listening to two Misses Institution Gold and Silver guys.

Monarchs are not the only tyrants. Definitions or meanings for

(1.) Section 201: A.I. answer: 30 tyrants of Athens. The Athenian tyrants, known as the Thirty, seized power with Spartan support and established a council of thirty members who governed the city. This period is notable for its oppressive rule and the execution of numerous Athenian citizens. This form of rule would be viewed by Locke as a violation of the natural rights of the people and a breach of the social contract, which Locke believed requires a government that protects the rights of its citizens. Locke's ideas would imply a right to resist such tyranny.

(2.) A.I.: Syracuse is a city in Sicily, Italy, and may be being used as a historical example of a city ruled by a tyrant.

(3.) A.I.: The Decemviri were a group of ten men in ancient Rome, not in the 1600s. Their role was to codify Roman law into the Twelve Tables in the 5th century BC, before the Roman Republic transitioned to an empire. They were a key part of the Conflict of the Orders and the creation of a written legal system. The 1600s were part of the European Early Modern period, not the Roman Republic. You can read sections 201 and 202 in the book online, in the picture, or in the blog.

DAY 96

PG here, Patriot Gallery from "Peanut Gallery," Resistance Chicks Mom. Tuesday, May 20, 2025, Chapter 18, Sections 203, 204, and 205, Day 96, "Of Tyranny." This is for Saturday, May 17, 2025. Reading John Locke's "Second Treatise of Government and A Letter Concerning Toleration." Dover Thrift Edition. On Monday we finished reading "A Letter Concerning Toleration." We have 20 pages left for the Second Treatise of Government. Sections 203, 204, and 205 ponder the question of pointing out the faults of government because it undermines peace, law, and order, and everything can end in anarchy.

I have been falsely accused since I was 2 years old. It is like dirt; it just follows you wherever you go. My mother started it. She was blind and could not see the faults of her own children. We just had one bedroom for 5 children. I could not speak or form complete sentences, and I was refusing to sleep in that room. I was about 1 and a half years old. My mom said I did not want to grow up. My brothers and sister are very mean, whiners, complainers, and abusive. They stayed in the terrible twos of saying 'No" and throwing temper tantrums of a 3-year-old saying, "No, I don't want to, and you can't make me," to anything good, wholesome, clean, kind, good sharing, and caring unless there is fake counterfeit money involved in it. They use witchcraft and demonic power even in childhood. They rebelled and refused the gospel of peace Jesus brings us. They love violence, debating, lying, fighting, arguing, and hating everyone. Corinthians' "Bad morals corrupt good ones." One bad apple spoils the rest. They destroy the minds of people wherever they go. To this day, 60 years later. They never were forced to grow up and be held accountable for their evil, sinful ways. .

...Just a few minutes ago I was bringing up social media sites to share today's readings and checking notifications. I found a nice compliment with a question: From: Some Faith - Old Path Holiness@resistancechics you Gals have moved forward a long way for sure nice work along with leaving a number of fair weather friends behind. But I just did a pretty thorough study on Western Civ. and it sounds like the Books have misrepresented John Locke. They've rightfully stated he's one of History's great scholars and philosophers that helped change Government for the good. But not as a man of Faith more like a dry humanist. Can you elaborate for me? Do you know why they did this? What I'm reading here above is quite impressive. 🖐️ 👍 ☕

My response {Wisdom tells us:} "Easy: destroy the man, destroy the founding fathers' character, and take over the country by destroying the good work they did, by destroying their reputation. No FAIR TRIAL! No way to defend themselves." I live it even today with the people I live with and neighbors and extended family. There is a scripture: A third party's words destroy a woman's industry. I can remember where I read it. A.I. isn't helping. They have rewritten the Bible so AI does not have the original. Basically it is about falsely accusing someone, and they are given no way to defend themselves. In everyday activities, con artists, manipulators, liars, and deceivers do this all the time. The best of friends are broken apart, never to speak to each other ever again, at the words of a third party, even divorces. The truth can be right in front of someone, but people are blinded by a veil, and they can not see the truth right in front of them.

Jesus said the saints will open blind eyes. It really means Satan has a veil on their eyes, and they can not see. Or the blind leading the blind, they both fall into a trap. In Ephesians 1:18, the apostle Paul prays that "the eyes of your heart may be enlightened."

The surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe: Jan Huss: Therefore, faithful Christian, seek the truth, listen to the truth, learn the truth, love the truth, tell the truth, learn the truth, defend the truth even to death. Sect. 205. First, As, in some countries, the person of the prince by the law is sacred; and so, whatever he commands or does, his person is still free from all question or violence, not liable to force, or any judicial censure or condemnation. But yet opposition may be made to the illegal acts of any inferior officer, or other commissioned by him; unless he will, by actually putting himself into a state of war with his people, dissolve the government, and leave them to that defence which belongs to every one in the state of nature:for ofsuch things who can tell what the end will be? and a neighbour kingdom has shewed the world an odd example. In all other cases the sacredness of the person exempts him from all inconveniencies, whereby he is secure, whilst the government stands, from all violence and harm whatsoever; than which there cannot be a wiser constitution: for the harm he can do in his own person not being likely to happen often, nor to extend itself far; nor being able by his single strength to subvert the laws, nor oppress the body of the people, should any prince have so much weakness, and ill nature as to be willing to do it, the inconveniency of some particular mischiefs, that may happen sometimes, when a heady prince comes to the throne, are well recompensed by the peace of the public, and security of the government, in the person of the chief magistrate, thus set out of the reach of danger: it being safer for the body, that some few private men should be sometimes in danger to suffer, than that the head of the republic should be easily, and upon slight occasions, exposed

DAY 97

PG here, Tuesday, May 20, 2025, Day 97, Chapter 18, Of Tyranny, Sections 206 and 207, of reading John Locke's "Second Treatise of Government and A Letter of Toleration," which is done. Dover, Thrift Edition. For Sunday, May 18, 2025. Trying to catch up. I got behind. The King of England would have people represent him and even arrest people for him. "All the King's Men." But the king and his men were limited to the laws written. And the people have limitations in resisting if there is a court to appeal to. Sect. 204. To this I answer that force is to be opposed to nothing but unjust and unlawful force; whoever makes any opposition in any other case draws on himself a just condemnation both from God and man, and so no such danger or confusion will follow, as is often suggested:

Section 206: ....for the king's authority being given him only by the law, he cannot impower any one to act against the law, or justify him, by his commission, in so doing; the commission, or command of any magistrate, where he has no authority, being as void and insignificant, as that of any private man; the difference between the one and the other, being that the magistrate has some authority so far, and to such ends, and the private man has none at all...............

Section 207......doctrine of the lawfulness of resisting all unlawful exercises of his power, ...... which is only to be used where a man is intercepted from appealing to the law: for nothing is to be accounted hostile force, but where it leaves not the remedy of such an appeal; and it is such force alone, that puts him that uses it into a state of war, and makes it lawful to resist him..... But in the other case, my life not being in danger, I may have the benefit of appealing to the law, and have reparation for my 100 pounds that way.

DAY 98

The Declaration of Independence: Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

PG here, Wednesday, May 21, 2025, conclusion of the 18th chapter, "Of Tyranny," sections 208, 209, and 210, Day 97, pages 95 and 96. The declaration comes right out of the section "Of Tyranny." What to do when governments abuse their political power given to them for the protection of personal private property. Section 209: it being as impossible for a governor, if he really means the good of his people, and the preservation of them, and their laws together, not to make them see and feel it, as it is for the father of a family, not to let his children see he loves, and takes care of them.

Side note: Tyranny has the word tranny in it. Which means sexually perverted; Not whole as a person, needs something to fill them, {like God's love, the Holy Spirit}, Not healthy; sound-minded, holy, pure, clean but broken, mentally ill, sick, "gone mad." God has given this person over to a reprobate mind.

... Since evil men in society legalized pornography, the society has become the 'tyrant," with 365 million people lusting after raping and molesting women and children.

...The Bible says even their women do these unthinkable actions. As long as pornography is legal and the root of pornography is molesting children, homosexuality, rebellion to God, and all that is good. No man can be a good, loving, caring father; no one can feel a man loves them and takes good care of his family or country. It is impossible to love sexual, lustful sin, looking at women who are not your wife, and be a loving, good man! You are a pervert, and you pervert everything. Taking what God has not given you, you are stealing. When pornography is legal, holy matrimony becomes illegal. That is what men need to fight against; that is tyranny. It leads to the counterfeiting of money, and everything in society becomes counterfeit. Jesus said, "If you break one commandment, you have broken all of them.

Sect. 209. But if either these illegal acts have extended to the majority of the people; or if the mischief and oppression has lighted only on some few, but in such cases, as the precedent, and consequences seem to threaten all; and they are persuaded in their consciences, that their laws, and with them their estates, liberties, and lives are in danger, and perhaps their religion too; how they will be hindered from resisting illegalforce, used against them, I cannot tell. This is an inconvenience, I confess, that attends all governments whatsoever, when the governors have brought it to this pass, to be generally suspected of their people; the most dangerous state which they can possibly put themselves in, wherein they are the less to be pitied, because it is so easy to be avoided; it being as impossible for a governor, if he really means the good of his people, and the preservation of them, and their laws together, not to make them see and feel it, as it is for the father of a family, not to let his children see he loves, and takes care of them.
DAY 99

@Resistancechics  MOM, Wednesday, May 21, 2025, Chapter 19, Section 211, Page 96, Day 99, Of the Dissolution of Government. Who knows Maybe I'll start a GoFundMe and turn this into a book or two. What do you think? Like a daily devotional, to our country's freedom of self-government by the people for the people using the Bible as our foundation, just like the Founding Fathers did and the Pilgrims in the Mayflower Compact. PG here, exciting news! We are on Day 99! Tomorrow will mark 100 days! I started reading 1 page a day of reading John Locke's Second Treatise of Government and A Letter Concerning Toleration on February 12th, 2024. I did not look it up;

I just said, "1 page a day for 100 days." It turns out there are 113 pages in the Dover Thrift Edition. Why did I do it? For myself. 1 page a day is easy, and it slows you down to take time and savor what you have read. Like savoring food or wine in your mouth. Every American must know and understand this for us to stay men. The Lord told me to take on my grandfather's name, Charles. It means freeman. John Adams Home has a plaque outside saying this is the home of "a Freeman" and "A Patriot." National Park Service:  The Old House at Peace field, built in 1731, became the residence of the Adams family for four generations from 1788 to 1927. It was home to Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams; First Ladies Abigail and Louisa Catherine Adams; Civil War Minister to Great Britain Charles Francis Adams; and literary historians Henry and Brooks Adams.

The vast collection of original artifacts inside the Old House greatly assists the park's interpretive staff to relate the Adams family's legacy of service to their nation. Adjacent to the house is the Stone Library, built in 1873, it contains more than 12,000 books that belonged to the Adamses. Following a tour, you may wish to stroll the Old House grounds which include a historic orchard and an 18th-century style formal garden, containing thousands of annual and perennial flowers.

 nps.gov/adam/learn/historyculture/places.htm

All this comes from men deeply and sincerely studying John Locke, William Blackstone, William Penn, the Pilgrims, and so many great philosophers working hard studying the Bible, the Word of God, and propagating the Gospel of peace and liberty through Jesus Christ's death and resurrection.

making a conquest upon them: for in that case, (not being able to maintain and support themselves, as one intire and independent body) the union belonging to that body which consisted therein, must necessarily cease, and so every one return to the state he was in before, with a liberty to shift for himself, and provide for his own safety, as he thinks fit, in some other society.

Whenever the society is dissolved, it is certain the government of that society cannot remain. Thus conquerors swords often cut up governments by the roots, and mangle societies to pieces, separating the subdued or scattered multitude from the protection of, and dependence on, that society which ought to have preserved them from violence. The world is too well instructed in, and too forward to allow of, this way of dissolving of governments, to need any more to be said of it; and there wants not much argument to prove, that where the society is dissolved, the government cannot remain; that being as impossible, as  for the frame of an house to subsist when the materials of it are scattered and dissipated by a whirl-wind, or jumbled into a confused heap by an earthquake.

DAY 100

PG here, DAY 100!! CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE READ A PAGE A DAY FOR 100 DAYS! A few more days to go. This is the last chapter, and it goes to Section 242. Thursday, May 22, 2025, Sections 212 and 213, Pages 96 and 97, "Of The Dissolution of Government" by John Locke from "Second Treatise of Government and A Letter Concerning Toleration," which was finished May 19, 2025. Dover Thrift Edition.

Yesterday we read in section 211 about the difference between the dissolution of society and the dissolution of government. Government. A foreign conqueror must break up and separate the union of people working as one body as a society in order to destroy the government to form a new one.

Section 212 is fitting for today. A government dissolved from within. Start thinking 1912, when the robber Barons, bankers, newspaper owners, gangsters, mobsters, The creatures of Jekyll Island G. Edward Griffin writes about how Rockefeller, Carnegie, Ford, and others decided to buy the presidency by advertising and marketing the man they selected. They had already bought the public school system and were rewriting history to remove any references to God, individuals owning land, and independence out of history. History was rewritten to be just about big businesses, industry, landowners, sharecroppers, and workers. Communism.

Definition: ***Umpirage*** refers to the position or authority of an umpire, the act of umpiring, or an umpire's decision, particularly in sports like baseball. It can also encompass the general concept of mediation or arbitration, where an impartial third party makes a decision in a dispute.

Congress, a legislative body freely chosen by the people are : section 212; .........it is in their legislative, that the members of a commonwealth are united, and combined together into one coherent living body. This is the soul that gives form, life, and unity, to the commonwealth:......union of the society consisting in having one will, the legislative, when once established by the majority, has the declaring, and as it were keeping of that will. The constitution of the legislative is the first and fundamental act of society, whereby provision is made for the continuation of their union, under the direction of persons, and bonds of laws, made by persons authorized thereunto, by the consent and appointment of the people, without which no one man, or number of men, amongst them, can have authority of making laws that shall be binding to the rest.............

{Departments and employees not elected to represent the people}: they make laws without authority, which the people are not therefore bound to obey; by which means they come again to be out of subjection, ..........being in full liberty to resist the force of those, who without authority would impose any thing upon them.................and others usurp the place, who have no such authority or delegation.

Section 213: definition: pro tempore, for the time being. Sect. 213. This being usually brought about by such in the commonwealth who misuse the power they have;

{Who did misuse the power they have?} ......213.....(1). A single hereditary person, having the constant, supreme, executive power, and with it the power of convoking and dissolving the other two within certain periods of time.

(2). An assembly of hereditary nobility.

(3). An assembly of representatives chosen, pro tempore, by the people. Such a form of government supposed, it is evident,

DAY 101

** Section 218 Greatest Crime towards Another*** PG here, Friday, May 23, 2025, Day 101!!! Chapter 19, Sections 214, 215, 216, 217, and 218 on pages 97 and 98 of John Locke's "Second Treatise of Government and A Letter Concerning Toleration." (Toleration of Different Church Denominations of Christians) Dover Thrift Edition. "Chapter 19: The dissolution of government" .. A whole record of daily page readings is kept on Isaiah 58 Ministries . BlogSpot . com. "
#10 John Locke SToGwALCT, Starting At Chapter 18" .. You'll find a link to the PDF I use to copy and paste each day's reading.

218: The most important statement is made in the last sentence: Disobeying the intent of the original Constitution and Declaration of Independence is the worst crime a person can do. { But if the other parts of the legislature do in any way contribute to any attempt on the government, and either promote such designs or fail to block them when they could have done so, they are guilty of taking part in this, which is certainly the greatest crime men can be guilty of towards one another.} Treason, betrayal, backstabbing, usurping the rightful God-given authority. The quote is "legislature," but it applies to all governments down to children obeying good, godly, morally upright parents. This is the second government.

The first government for everyone is loving and obeying God to be good, loving parents, copying or mimicking our Father in heaven. The above documents were written after great, honest, and sincere minds got together and debated, hashed out arguments, studied history, and worked diligently to come up with the most perfect government based on God's salvation from sin. Based on men being sound in mind, body, and spirit. Highly moral, clean-minded gentlemen, obedient to God's holy Spirit within them.

Men not given to violence or outrages of verbal violence, not drunkards or lovers of vice and pleasures. Men who have been set free by faith in Jesus Christ's salvation. Jesus liberates all men from any form of bondage, oppression, or tyranny. Individuals owning their own land God created to provide for men by farming, using horses for hard work and transportation, and gold and silver coins. A real, honest God ordained that God created the study of nature and natural laws put in place when God our Creator created the universe.

They created a government for the "goodwill" of the people according to God's Holy Commandments. As stated in the Declaration of Independence, when evil is tolerated like we do today, everyone suffers. Jesus died and suffered for mankind. There is no reason for anyone to suffer any more. God gives men power in the form of the Holy Spirit to convict men of their crimes/sins and have them make amends for the wrong they have done.

The Day of Pentecost should be remembered by everyone. It is 50 days after the resurrection. It is a day of Jubilee where all debts are cancelled. Men enter into a compact, a constitution, a government, or a covenant with Almighty God.

God leads them and their families back to the land God gave their great-great-grandfathers to own and to farm. God provides for men, telling them to till the soil, plow with oxen, horses, or mules, and work with their own two hands on the land God created for them. Men are not provided for by the government or big agricultural corporations or businesses; that is what these sections are against. Those who thwart the will of God and of the people cause great pain, hardship, oppression, and suffering. Men declared they will not tolerate wickedness when declaring their freedom because that is when men suffer the most. (Declaration of Independence.)

DAY 102

This is extra long; we have been building up to this grand conclusion, reading a little more each day. Hopefully you've been mentally healing from being set free so much that you're craving, desiring, and longing for more.

PG here, Saturday, May 24, 2025, Chapter 19, Sections 219, 220, and 221, "Of The Dissolution Of Government." Pages 99 and 100, Day 102 of reading one page a day for 100 days of John Locke's Second Treatise of Government and A Letter Concerning Toleration. When this book is done, there might be a bonus of John Locke on children. This is so simple; we must understand this as a child. Your mind has been under spells and enchantments; you need the mind you were born with. So I explain government as a family.

We, the people, in our own power, John Locke wrote about in our reading yesterday, May 23, 2025, and fixed this government and society. Jesus tells us you must be a child to enter the Kingdom, the government of God on this earth. Because we live in a body, we need to bypass signals, words, and experiences that control us.

The first unit of society that forms a government is a family. When we are born, God writes within us on our minds and hearts his laws, rules, and knowledge of God, knowing what is the right thing to do: do not lie, do not falsely accuse others, love, and honor your parents.

If someone causes someone to sin, contributing to the delinquency of minors, as an example. That person, usually the elder, is punished; the person forced to sin is restored to their own sound-mindedness. The person who didn't choose to sin was of a sound, free-will mind and was forced or coerced into doing the wrong thing, like property taxes and income taxes; these are forced upon people against their will. T

o get all men to counterfeit money instead of Article 1, Section 10 of the US Constitution: Only gold and silver coins can be used as legal tender. A family is also dissolved when members within act against the preservation of property of the other members of the family. My personal family was dissolved in the early 1960s when my brother and sister took it into their hands to steal the truth, Jesus Christ , knowledge of Christianity, love and power of God, and high moral standards from everyone in the family. When people decided it was ok to sin and not live by the laws of God. Without law and order, there is tyranny, slavery, anarchy, and every evil known to mankind. Using witchcraft, black magic, spells, and enchantments, they chose to lie and enjoyed lying, making up stories a lot. That is a lot of hell on earth, pain, torture, loneliness, isolation, and suffering for the other members of society and the family. My dad was first broken by these horrible siblings, and then he died at a very early age, heartbroken, dejected, and physically too ill to care for his yard or house, receiving no respect or true love from his children.

They loved money and did not keep it a secret. If I could have spoken without thought of harm (within myself,) I did tell them, as I tell the readers, "You will be held accountable for all your sins." I will grow up and see that you are punished using the power of the anointing, as I am ordained by God as a Saint of Almighty God. The knowledge of God remains in me because I did not try to argue with them or fight them like my beloved parents and other brother. They had thought they had destroyed this wisdom from heaven in everyone's minds. But they hadn't touched my soul like everyone else's.

Sections 219, 220, and 221 explain the ways governments are dissolved, just the way marriages or families are dissolved. What a dissolved government is will be for tomorrow, Sunday, May 25, 2025. The first sentence of 222: Reader please, that Remember yesterday we learned to dissolve a government or a family; a society is the greatest sin/crime against another. Treason.

The Declaration of Independence comes right out of this section. 222. . . . . It can never be supposed to be the will of the society that the legislature should have a power to destroy what everyone aimed to keep safe by entering into society and submitting themselves to legislators of their own making.

So when the legislators try to take away and destroy the property of the people or to reduce them to slavery, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereby absolved from any further obedience and are left to the common escape that God has provided for all men against force and violence. So whenever the legislature breaks this fundamental rule of society and—whether through ambition, fear, folly or corruption—try to grasp for themselves or for anyone else ***an absolute power over the lives, liberties, and estates of the people, by this breach of trust they forfeit the power the people had put into their hands for ***quite different purposes. And then the people have a right to resume their original ·natural· liberty, and to set up a new legislature. . . .to provide for their own safety and security. . . .

DAY 103

1.) PG here, This is for those who have been disciplined to read John Locke since day one. You have felt the anointing and power of God healing you. You are more mature, and through practice and use, you can read longer commentaries and have much greater understanding. Those God has chosen can handle with ease a longer post. Almost a

Substack. (Commentary by Jonathan Bennett who wrote the second PDF PG here, I am using for a transcript.) 221. That brings us to the second way in which governments are dissolved (·discussion of the first began in section 212·), namely when the •legislature or the •king act contrary to their trust. ·I shall discuss this in two parts. The •legislature will be dealt with in this and the following ten sections; the king will come into section 222, but only as manipulating the legislature. Discussion of the •king as acting other than through the legislature will start at section 232·. The legislature acts against the trust given to them when they try to invade the property of the subject, and to make themselves—or any part of the community—masters of the lives, liberties, or fortunes of the people, having all of these at the disposal of their will.

PG here. The remedy before we get started is in "submitting" to the "rightful God-given government" internally. In yourself and making sure your neighbor has done likewise, or you are the problem. You are a traitor, a conspirator manipulated and coerced to subvert the rightfully God-given power and authority of each person who is the society formed to protect personal property, life, liberty, and estate/government. President George Washington and the Congress of 1776. John mentions submitting to the government a lot. But which government?

George Washington was the commander-in-chief in 1776 of the Continental Army, making him president at the time. The Declaration of Independence and the original local state or your nation's constitution. Mine is Ohio's 1852 Constitution, which mirrors the US Constitution. Sunday, May 25, 2025, Day 103, Chapter 19, Sections 221, 222, Page 100, "Of the Dissolution of Government" by John Locke, "Second Treatise of Government and A Letter Concerning Toleration."

The exact wording of 221 is: Sect. 221. There is therefore, secondly, another way whereby governments are dissolved, and that is, when the legislative, or the prince, either of them, act contrary to their trust. First, The legislative acts against the trust reposed in them, when they endeavour to invade the property of the subject, and to make themselves, or any part of the community, masters, or arbitrary disposers of the lives, liberties, or fortunes of the people.

{Section 222 starts out with why societies make a government:} Sect. 222. The reason why men enter into society, is the preservation of their property; and the end why they chuse and authorize a legislative, is, that there may be laws made, and rules set, as guards and fences to the properties of all the members of the society, to limit the power, and moderate the dominion, of every part and member of the society: for since it can never be supposed to be the will of the society, that the legislative should have a power to destroy that which every one designs to secure, by entering into society, and for which the people submitted themselves to legislators of their own making; whenever the legislators endeavour to take away, and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any farther obedience, and are left to the common refuge, which God hath provided for all men, against force and violence. .................

Section 222 talks about outside powerful forces manipulating the government. So much so that when a bill or legislative body gets together to make laws, some already have their minds made up and refuse to listen to evidence, like in a court of law. It is equal to saying a man is guilty without any evidence." ...{PG here, I will not look at our government today because it was subverted, and the wealth, gold, and silver, real money, the wealth of the individual people, their lands, lives, liberty, and the farms, meaning American' independence, was robbed in the early 1900s. We all know Rockefeller, Rothschild, Carnegie, and Ford formed organized crime societies to buy off electors and elections. The Industrial complex, which is completely unconstitutional, uses fake, counterfeited money. They also bought off public schools and colleges, subverting them all or manipulating all of these pillars of a good society. They hired people to work for their "design," as John Locke calls it; today we call it "the evil men planned to overthrow the government ." The last sentences of section 222 show how evil all involved in this are.} .

Section 222......To which, if one shall add rewards and punishments visibly employed to the same end, and all the arts of perverted law made use of, to take off and destroy all that stand in the way of such a design, and will not comply and consent to betray the liberties of their country, it will be past doubt what is doing. What power they ought to have in the society, who thus employ it contrary to the trust went along with it in its first institution, is easy to determine; and one cannot but see, that he, who has once attempted any such thing as this, cannot any longer be trusted.......

... According to Section 218" ...... But if the other parts of the legislature do in any way contribute to any attempt on the government, and either promote such designs or fail to block them when they could have done so, they are guilty of taking part in this, which is certainly ***the greatest crime*** men can be guilty of towards one another.

DAY 104

PG here, Patriot Gallery Resistance Chicks Mom. Monday, Memorial Day, but not for the last 120 years, but the years before 1900's May 26, 2025, Chapter 19, Sections 223, 224 and 225, Pages 101 and 102, Day 104 of reading John Locke's Second Treatise of Government and A Letter of Toleration, which was finished a couple weeks ago. Section 225 is where Thomas Jefferson got a lot of his information to write the Declaration of Independence from this chapter called "***The dissolution of Government*** People do not want to change forms of government but will after a lot of abuse and ill treatment. ..

{Sect. 225. Secondly, I answer, such revolutions happen not upon every little mismanagement in public affairs. Great mistakes in the ruling part, many wrong and inconvenient laws, and all the slips of human frailty, will be born by the people without mutiny or murmur.

~But if a long train of abuses,~ (used in the Declaration of Independence), prevaricationsand artifices, all tending the same way, make the design visible to the people, and they cannot but feel what they lie under, and see whither they are going; it is not to be wondered, that they should then rouze themselves, and endeavour to put the rule into such hands which may secure to them the ends for which government was at first erected; and without which, ancient names, and specious forms, are so far from being better, that they are much worse, than the state of nature, or pure anarchy; the inconveniencies being all as great and as near, but the remedy farther off and more difficult.} .

. Section 224...... excerpt: . The people generally ill treated, and contrary to right, will be ready upon any occasion to ease themselves of a burden that sits heavy upon them. They will wish, and seek for the opportunity, which in the change, weakness and accidents of human affairs, seldom delays long to offer itself.

DAY 105

PG here, Tuesday May 27, 2025, Chapter 19, Section 226, and 227, pages 102 and 103 Day 105 of reading a page a day of
John Locke Second Treatise of Government and A Letter of Toleration, "Of the Dissolution Government." The topic is rebellion to true godly authority. Rebellion against the rightful government in America, which is the Founding Fathers and everything they personally stood for and against and wrote extensively about. There is no excuse for rebellion. Men have to lie, which they do, to change the meaning of what the Founding Fathers instituted, ordained, and established the covenant made between each other and their posterity (you and I).

All honest men swore and gave an oath before almighty God. Representatives of the people. Representing not themselves but their fellow patriots and freemen. They should say, do, and act on what the people would say, do, and act upon for their good welfare if they were standing in Congress or Parliament. People chose honest men to represent them. If those people did the opposite and, instead of protecting their life, liberty, and estate (personal property), they enslaved and robbed the people. It is rebellion against their leadership, the people who gave them this power and authority to make laws and uphold them for them. In their place because everyone has a right in a society to represent themselves, have a say in their laws, and know who and how they are carried out. Lynette Zang of Zang Enterprises calls it "a seat at the table."

People are born free in a ***State of Nature*** ***they leave the State of Nature*** and must, of their own free will, "enter into society" ***for the preservation of their personal property.*** Those who are against their freedoms are in a state of war with the people.

Chapter 3 of Second Treatise, i.e., the CIA, the Treasury Department, the Defense Department, departments no one knows exist, DARPA, HARPA, etc., all state federal governments. They are in rebellion against the government. The power of the people has been withdrawn from them once they entered into a state of war against the people. Especially due to the fiat paper dollar, which itself is unfair and unjust weights and balances.

Then the ***LIE*** that the government owns all the people and all the land. That is stated in income, social security, property taxes, workers' compensation, etc. Taxes It is all unjust, unfair, and illegal rebellion against the constitution of all 50 states and the US Constitution. States can only use gold and silver coins and can only collect taxes using gold and silver coins.

... Sect. 226. Thirdly, I answer, that this doctrine of a power in the people of providing for their safety anew, by a new legislative, when their legislators have acted contrary to their trust, by invading their property, is the best fence against rebellion, and the probablest means to hinder it:for rebellion being an opposition, not to persons, but authority, which is founded only in the constitutions and laws of the government; those, whoever they be, who by force break through, and by force justify their violation of them, are truly and properly rebels: for when men, by entering into society and civil-government, have excluded force, and introduced laws for the preservation of property, peace, and unity amongst
themselves, those who set up force again in opposition to the laws, do rebellare, that is, bring back again the state of war, and are properly rebels: which they who are in power, (by the pretence they have to authority, the temptation of force they have in their hands, and the flattery of those about them) being likeliest to do; the properest way to prevent the evil, is to shew them the danger and injustice of it, who are under the greatest temptation to run into it

... Section 227 is in the pic and gives a definition of what rebellion is. excerpts:............when either the legislative is changed, or the legislators act contrary to the end for which they were constituted; those who are guilty are guilty of rebellion:for if any one by force takes away the established legislative of any society, and the laws by them made, pursuant to their trust, he thereby takes away the umpirage, which every one had consented to, for a peaceable decision of all their controversies, and a bar to the state of war amongst them......................when they, who were set up for the protection, and preservation of the people, their liberties and properties, shall by force invade and endeavour to take them away; and so they putting themselves into a state of war with those who made them the protectors and guardians of their peace, are properly, and with the greatest aggravation, rebellantes, rebels.
