There are people who do not have these God given Rights because they have turned their backs on God's free gift. 
Thieves.
They have stolen everything they call their own.

These People do not have any Rights for they do not "Know" God and have not received these gifts from God. They have not Learned them.
They refuse to Learn, They refuse to be taught about God and his ways. They are uneducated, ignorant.

2 Timothy 3

 Perilous Men

3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power.

And from such people turn away! 

6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives(slaves) of gullible women(effiminate) loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 

8 Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do 

these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, 

disapproved concerning the faith; 9 but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

Those who teach from the Bible are honest men.   The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution are gifts from God &  Honest Men. We are charged by God to protect these documents given to us and to keep them in our minds and thoughts. All the time.       
               

God has given everyone Life, Liberty and Happiness; Personal Property. A man's labor is his personal Property. His Home, his Land, his is personal and private property.

     No one can "Charge", Tax, or Demand a human to "Pay for These Rights".  They are Free gifts from God.  You do not owe a man for your Rights  Do not  pay him for them for keeping them safe, or protecting  them for you.
       
         No One Can Take From Another Their Life, Freedom or Personal Property for Any Reason.
                 
What is Freedom? What did The Founding Fathers do that was courageous, so bold, so dangerous it would cost them their lives?

They declared they would not be walked all over by pirates, crooks, criminals, but they would live wholesome clean lives. Sinning, breaking the Ten Commandments will not be tolerated in America because those who do those things do not have the "Right" to , People do not have the "Right" to hurt others. People have the "right" to be protected from those who would harm them and enslave them.

John Locke Double Right

"Every man is born with a double right... First a right to freedom of his person which no other man has a power over but the free disposable of it lies in himself..Secondly, a right before any other man, with his brethren, the right to inherit his father's goods..."

After understanding the basis principles of nature's laws and the God nature. Which means I understand Biblical freedom Jesus Christ died for. When I think of these two all important natural rights there are several American laws that come to mind that contradict these rights. There are laws that use a force to take from others. Locke explains this as one man putting himself in the " state of war..." against another man. When one man, or several men, set out to take from another person that which rightfully belongs to that person, they are committing an "act of war." 

Locke; When you commit this act of war, "you forfeit your life...", (you no longer have right to your own life to live or die) you do not forfeit your property or the lives of your family 

(wife and children), but you do forfeit your life. 

When a thief breaks into a home intent on stealing, he is committing an act of war. Those in the home have a right to go to "war" with that thief, and if need be, the thief has forfeited his life.


The Healthcare act that was implemented by the Obama administration is an act of war and goes against this first right every person is born with... the right to his person. Just by breathing, this unlawful act says a person does not have the rights and power over his body...This is a tyrannical government.

As to the second right mankind is born with, there are a myriad of American laws that are in a state of war, (thievery). A man has a right, before any other man can come in, to inherit ALL of his father's goods... and 'inheritance" tax is unlawful. It is a tax that steals a birth right... so are property taxes. For, a son or sons who inherit their families estate may not have the cash money to pay for these unlawful taxes. They have in themselves done nothing.

They have not bought any goods, sold a product, or earned any income. This is akin to someone coming up to everyone wearing a coat and saying "do you own a coat this year? We have a "coat ownership tax..." which of course, must be paid, and those who collect the tax have the arbitrary means to value the coat and say how much the tax will be.

This is ridiculous... but when some people want that which belongs to others, they will stop at nothing to get it. This is thievery... Many people want many programs in this country that has created a giant monster of a bureaucracy our founding fathers never intended and in fact warned against as despots, (tyrants, people who dominate others against their will), and thieves would seek power and use this power to corrupt and for their own advantage.

Jesus Set You Free!
He set you Free from joining with those that oppress
He set you Free from Oppression!

It's time to speak out and decry these unrighteous and UnConstitutional laws... the New Deal, the Federal Reserve, Property Taxes, and the like... Small government where good citizens take care of one another without reaching into their neighbor's pocket and giving it to the poor and parading themselves around saying "look with I did for the poor and needy..."

Out of love for God, out of love of your fellow man "Preach the Gospel",Preach "Liberty" just like JohnLocke the founding Fathers, Peter, Paul, Timothy, Mark, Like Matthew.

Preach FREEDOM!

God loves us he sent Jesus to die in our place he saved us rescued us from the oppressor, from the Devil. We are no longer sinners be Saints proclaiming God's Truth.

Justice comes from God for everyone!

He Will Not Forsake His Saints

    be not envious of wrongdoers!
