                                       What is the “legal” American Language? English?

       

According to the owners/establishers of the country  written by them in 1776 the legal language in American is “moral”, “gentle”, “wholesome”, “good”, “clean minded”, “honest.”  They are the words of healthy people.

          What is the American Language?  It is every language on the face of the earth. 

         

 The most important part of language is what comes out of the heart. Is it the right thing to say? The legal question is: what  is the spoken “moral”, “gentle”, “wholesome”, “good”, “clean minded”, “honest” language of healthy people?

      Violent, foul, perverted, sexualized, manipulative, twisted, and false words are against the law- they are illegal and  abased.

          People have the right to live in peace with others. 

      Those who do not speak peacefully are stirring up trouble and disrupting the peace.

       

   

      Do the words treat everyone as equals? Do they accuse people without a fair trial? Are the words spoken hate filled, condemning the innocent actions of good, moral, honest citizens? Do the words spoken exemplify that fact that everyone is innocent until proven guilty?

  

     

Known as the "Father of Classical Liberalism"

The Bible is a guide for legal language and illegal language. Immoral actions coincide with immoral language. A bad person always speaks badly about a good person. A person is known by the words they speak. An evil person speaks evil out of an evil heart. A good person speaks good out of a good heart.

    

      John Locke: Throughout his writings, Locke argued that people had the gift of reason, or the ability to think. Locke thought they had the natural ability to govern themselves and to look after the well being of society. He wrote, "The state of nature has a law of nature to govern it, which [treats] everyone [equally]. Reason, which is that law, teaches all mankind... that being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his life, health or possessions."

   

 An example: I have a hard time supporting the military because the military “breaks” the mind.  Each person is then retrained and brain washed to speak the way they are trained. But their morals have been stripped from them when their minds were stripped from them. Because of this the people in the military are probably the “most vile”, violent speaking people of all. So instead of protecting the country they defile it with their words and actions.

   

 God will not protect this soldier who gazes and looks at these pin-ups!  

God does protect these kind of men: virtuous.

The parts of his armour are identified with Christian virtues, thus correlating essential military equipment with the religious values of chivalry: The helmet is spes futuri gaudii (hope of future bliss), the shield (here the shield of the Trinity) is fides (faith), the armour is caritas (charity), the lance is perseverantia(perseverance), the sword is verbum Dei (word of God), the banner is regni celestis desiderium(desire for the kingdom of heaven), the horse isbona voluntas (good will), the saddle is christiana religio (Christian religion), the saddlecloth ishumilitas (humility), the reins are discretio(discretion), the spurs are disciplina (discipline), the stirrups are propositum boni operis(proposition of good works), and the horse's four hooves are delectatio, consensus, bonum opus, consuetudo (delight, consent, good work and exercise).

     If a nation wants to win a battle every time: Men who have morals, respect for women and children, great good Godly convictions, real true honor and integrity, Men that know how to pray and ask God for his help.  They have to have men who think for themselves; 

     For a cause to be “right” you need God. Killing isn't wrong when it is done in defending the innocent. But killing for business interest, dominion, non-religious reasons, (religion=good moral “cause” like fighting against slavery or abortion), you are just murders. The military, even the police or national guard becomes nothing more than a bunch of mercenaries for hire, trained assassins without God. (Which is what we have had for the last 50 years.)

   

 I was just thinking of St. Patrick's day. I come from a very Irish Catholic family, deep rooted, lots of red heads! But if want to go to heaven I have to know and tell the truth. The truth is Holidays based on "Saints" is a mockery of the "saint." Every human being is called by God to be a saint. Saints turn from sin, from the world and live good clean, pure, holy lives, separated from the world and it's system.  Saints change nations! They preach the "holy, pure" Gospel of Jesus Christ. Saints say," Turn to God", "Repent".  

     Saints say; "don't worship me!" "Worship God." "I do nothing", "Christ does everything," "celebrate" "Jesus Christ". "Pray to him, not me, not Mary," "Pray to the Father." Saints are "Holy"  people. To honor them you live a "Holy life" yourself praying to God: the Father of Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit in the name above all names "Jesus Christ" 

   

      Language that mocks or hurts another person is not acceptable language, unless it is done in self defense for and of those who are moral, upright, innocent.

Most words used today are illegal. People need to be perfect in heart, then in speech before they can speak on anything a subject.

What Defiles a Person

Taming the Tongue

James 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness. 2 For we all stumble in many ways. And if anyone does not stumble in what he says, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle his whole body. 3 If we put bits into the mouths of horses so that they obey us, we guide their whole bodies as well. 4 Look at the ships also: though they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are guided by a very small rudder wherever the will of the pilot directs. 5 So also the tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things.

How great a forest is set ablaze by such a small fire! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of unrighteousness. Wisdom from Above

13 Who is wise  and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth.15 This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. 16 For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. 17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. 18 And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Presidential Election: The Year of God's Jubilee

**The number one condition to 

President, 

anyone  in government is: 

to Assent to laws

that are the most 

wholesome and neccessary for the public 

good. 

 *Note:The Declaration of Independence states that laws must be for the "wholesome" good.  Which means laws must be morally correct.  Laws can not support immoral evil behavior. 

Quote:    The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world 1. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

    The first and most important CRIME that thing King of Great Britain did to establish Tyranny was to refuse his Assent to moral, wholesome laws.

                                                               Theme

        Life- it's meant to be enjoyed.  Life is not hard it is easy.  What makes life hard is evil.  When someone sins they are being evil and everyone suffers.  Jesus said to take "his yoke" for it is easy. Matthew 11: 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

The Declaration of Independence says the exact same thing.:accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

         

Every American should be enjoying a quiet peaceful life and not lack a thing.

 1 Thessalonians 4:11 and to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs,business, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, 12 so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one.

                                                  

Early Americans, who knew their Bibles better than we do, placed this passage on the Liberty Bell, which says "Proclaim LIBERTY, Jubilee, throughout all the Land unto all the Inhabitants thereof."
So our founding fathers thought this year of Jubilee was a wonderful idea as they were establishing the United States. 

          Presidential Election:  The Year of God's Jubilee

         The year of Jubilee is a "Holy" year.  It is a year of setting people free from bondage of any kind.  In the years of 1900 through 1910 evil people started to be in "power". With this power they caused the "The Great Depression". We are still in "The Great depression".

     

The year of Jubilee liberates the people. Sets everyone free. To live a quiet and peaceful life, minding their own business, "Working for themselves".  The Jubilee sets all men free from dependency on other people to provide for them.  The Year of Jubilee Declares everyone's right to be independent. Depending on their own labor on their own land working to build up their personal business and family.  No one can interfere in others lives.

      


    What interferes with personal business, rights, duties and responsibilities? 

Social Security.  Everyone has the right to plan their lives and advanced years for themselves. Government needs to mind it's own business and not interfere with other's freedoms.

Saving for retirement The God given WAY!

(Warning run on sentence.)If you get up every day since you were  born and worked own your own land you would end up very wealthy.  As soon as you are old enough you start building furniture, quilts, canning, multiplying seeds, adding to yourself tools, equipment, kitchen utensils, knowledge, learning about water, dirt, manure, seeds, planting, building barns, outbuildings, houses, ponds, learning about cows, chickens, fishing, horses, blacksmith duties, etc. you will take care of yourself and live an independent free life.  A free life you pass on to your children and you have taken care of generations of your family your "seed". 

Public School.  Everyone has the right to plan their own children's education. Government needs to mind it's own business and not interfere with with a Mother and Fathers relationship with the children.  Parents are solely responsible before God for raising their children.  Children do not have to listen to anyone but their parents growing up.  

This is the right, duty and responsibility and "God's protection" God has given every child.

Education God's Way!

Government made money.People have the right to use things of real value to buy and sell with.  People also have the right to choose who they buy and sell from, do business with.  There are a lot of men who use unjust weights and balances, charge to much, con i.e. try to rip people off.

1 Corinthians 5:9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people—10 not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world. 11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister  but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.12 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13 God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.” 

 The government is has no power to print cotton money.  Again it is in the Constitution that "the States" can coin money out of Gold and Silver.  You can not ask someone to do something you are not doing yourself, that is unfair and hypocritical.  Government must coin gold and silver coins.  Not Cotton. 
The power to "create imaginary wealth and value" (which is what paper is), out of nothing has not been given to them in The Constitution or the Declaration.

 It is the right, duty and responsibility of each individual to know in a deep meaningful way who they are doing business with. People must know whether they are selling to criminals who would use what the sell them for evil. Also when buying people must make sure that the person selling did not get the product in a dishonorable way. It is the right of all people not to trust everyone but to test people to make sure they are worthy of trust.  Government needs to start minding it's own business and not interfere with the day to day business of"honest God fearing innocent citizens"

       

Legal Money, God's Way!

So you can see the government needs to mind their own business and stay out of the lives of honest descent responsible God fearing citizens. 

     
  I am free to follow God and have the "Holy Spirit" of Almighty God lead me in every aspect of my life.  Government can not make any plans with my life or my children s life to interfere with our every day freedoms of worshiping God in all that we do and living "Holy" lives before God.

      Of course that means they can not tax people to use the, currency,(gold and silver), to do evil/sin with either.  Government can only tax enough to have the Supreme Court, some minor courts, the President and a small few other things. States need to decide how much they pay their Congressmen and Senator.  Congressmen and Senators  can not decide their own salaries.  They are public "servants", servants do not tell their masters what to pay them.

 

  

              If you are following me correctly you are understanding that all government must go.  Since early in the 1900's evil people got into the government and did evil and people have been suffering "lack" ever since.  

                   It's needs to be cleansed by "The Year of Jubilee"

   

End of all storms and clouds!

The most scared, holy, and divine right of all men is: freedom of Religion.  Government must mind their own business and not interfere with a relationship with Almighty God and a man. Men have every right, the duty, and the responsibility to obey God's word as follows:

1 Thessalonians 4:11 and to aspire to live quietly, and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your hands, as we instructed you, 12 so that you may walk properly before outsiders and be dependent on no one.

No one as the right to cause me to "lack" or not live a quiet and peaceful life working with my own hands to provide for myself and family. Which means taxes can not be a "burden" or "hard" or cause my family or I to suffer.  Government and all men can not ask someone to do more than what God asks of a man. That a man lives a quiet peaceful life working with his hands minding his own business. No one can "make" me be depend on them for anything that is within my power to do for myself.

Abolish the whole thing!

Farming is the healthiest way to live!

It's needs to be cleansed by "The Year of Jubilee"

  

   The election of 2016 is coming up.  What must a man do to be "honestly" elected President?

Show himself to be extreme honest. A man who never sways of the "Straight" and "Narrow" path given to him by God for the protection of the most scared, holy and wholesome "Good" of the American Republic.

 Every one has the God given right to have a farm!
(A republic is a form of government in which power is held by the people and representatives they elect.)

      A Candidate for the Presidency of the United States of America must be the most God fearing, honest, innocent, holy, and pure in all aspects of his life.  A  man of great integrity. If he says it it is from God it is "good" and not "evil".The Declaration of Independence says the exact same thing.:accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.          The Candidate for 2016 must be willing to throw off everything his predecessors have done since the early 1900's.

Every child/adult has the right to know All they need is wheat!!  
Our Daily Bread it is soooooooooooo  easy!!!

1. Destroy all public education. Even College and Universities. Government is not called by God to educate people except to teach people to do "good" not "evil"; If someone does something evil Government will punish them.

2.Cancel all Student Loans.  They were put on people through coercion and compulsion with the threat that they would suffer great harm if they did not "become slaves" to the debtors. To be in debt is to be a slave.  The year of Jubilee brings freedom from slavery. The education received is as worthless as the paper money used. It did not come in an honest manner.  The people were not told the truth that they have the right, duty and responsibility to live a quiet and peaceful life, working with their hands on their own business.

3.Cancel all degrees and certificates made by the colleges, universities, states, and the US government they are worthless in an honest God fearing society where people mind their own business.

4. Collect all imaginary cotton currency illegally made by the government and return gold back to the to individuals not businesses.  America is for the individual not for business or industry. America is for the individual man to mind his own business and his family.

We are indentured servants to the government in that we are forced to pay taxes in exchange for government services (most of which we don’t want or need) and the “promise” of a small portion of our taxes being paid back to us through Social Security when we retire. But unlike the indentured servants in the Wikipedia definition above, our period of indenture goes for much longer than “three to seven years” and in reality, is nothing more than us being indentured until our death and even after.

5. Give the imaginary paper to all the people America is in debt to.  Freeze all government credit. The government must prove it's ability to use self-control and it's willingness not to do "evil" over a long period of time before the right to incur debt is given back to the government by the people.

6. The return of the people to their heritage.  Men and women must seek  their family's heritage before 1930.  Where did their family come from?  Then return to the land their families settled, or purchased honestly with "gold" backed currency.  Everyone returns to their own families birthplaces.  Men and women must pick up where their family was forced and pressured by the "evil" around them or in them to leave their lands and property.

7. Agriculture is the main means of wealth for all individual Americans. People must prove their willingness to "'Work for themselves", provide for themselves through self-sufficient life.  Depending on the labor of their own hands and not depend on the labor of others to to provide for them. (slavery)2 Thessalonians 3:10 For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat.”

11 We hear that some among you are idle and disruptive. They are not busy; they are busybodies. 12 Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the food they eat. 13 And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good.

14 Take special note of anyone who does not obey our instruction in this letter. Do not associate with them, in order that they may feel ashamed.

People who are unwilling to do for themselves, farm their own lands, are "busybodies", they interfere with freedoms, liberties and pursuit of happiness of people who live the quiet peaceful lives, honest hard working people." (Hard working: farm work, producing out of the work of their hands in their own business)  These people are "evil". Causing others to suffer and must be stopped and held accountable for interfering in the free enterprise of the individual. 

Get rid cars & the "force" ,tyranny of cars. People should have a horse!

8. Shut down all big business.   Businesses during the 1900's over threw the rightful places of the individuals who lived quiet and peaceful lives by making themselves equal through dishonesty in the courts to the individual.  All individual rights exceed the rights of any business.  Businesses do not have equal rights with individuals.  A business can not jeopardize the peaceful existence of the individuals in the communities and  "buy injustice" and use the courts to deal unfairly.

I could go on but I think you get it.  The Year of Jubilee restores everyone to their individual, self dependent sound mind and life.   The Year of Jubilee destroys all the injustice that has been done by evil in the last 100 years.  Restores the People back into power over their own lives and government.  Destroys all unfair, corrupt, "evil laws" that bring men into slavery to another.

Men are free to do good and live wholesome healthy lives.  

Free from "evil people" who speak, talk and act corruptly. Evil people always use "Trick or Treat", Halloween practices.  They come to men in disguise to take things they have no right to, and to do destructive harm to all others. 

All a man has to do is plant his Wheat and Harvest it!

Good people do good. They live peaceful quiet lives, working with their hands, minding their own business.  Good people only interfere when it is necessary stop someone who is doing "evil".

Highlights of The Year of Jubilee

Leviticus 25:10:..........and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, when each of you shall return to his property and each of you shall return to his clan.12 For it is a jubilee. It shall be holy to you..............  13 “In this year of jubilee each of you shall return to his property................................................... 17 You shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God, for I am the LORD your God.......................18 “Therefore you shall do my statutes and keep my rules and perform them, and then you will dwell in the land securely. 19 The land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill and dwell in it securely...............................................

Blessings for Obedience

Leviticus 26

1 “You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the LORD your God. 2 You shall keep my Sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

3 “If you walk in my statutes and observe my commandments and do them,4 then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. 5 Your threshing shall last to the time of the grape harvest, and the grape harvest shall last to the time for sowing. And you shall eat your bread to the full and 

dwell in your land securely.

8 “You shall count seven weeks  of years, seven times seven years, so that the time of the seven weeks of years shall give you forty-nine years. 9 Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land.10 And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, when each of you shall return to his property and each of you shall return to his clan. 11 That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee for you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of itself nor gather the grapes from the undressed vines. 12 For it is a jubilee. It shall be holy to you. You may eat the produce of the field. 

13 “In this year of jubilee each of you shall return to his property. 14 And if you make a sale to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor, you shall not wrong one another. 15 You shall pay your neighbor according to the number of years after the jubilee, and he shall sell to you according to the number of years for crops. 16 If the years are many, you shall increase the price, and if the years are few, you shall reduce the price, for it is the number of the crops that he is selling to you. 17 You shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God, for I am the LORD your God.

18 “Therefore you shall do my statutes and keep my rules and perform them, and then you will dwell in the land securely. 19 The land will yield its fruit, and you will eat your fill and dwell in it securely. 20 And if you say, ‘What shall we eat in the seventh year, if we may not sow or gather in our crop?’ 21 I will command my blessing on you in the sixth year, so that it will produce a crop sufficient for three years. 22 When you sow in the eighth year, you will be eating some of the old crop; you shall eat the old until the ninth year, when its crop arrives.

23 “The land shall not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine. For you are strangers and sojourners with me. 24 And in all the country you possess, you shall allow a redemption of the land.

25 “If your brother becomes poor and sells part of his property, then his nearest redeemer shall come and redeem what his brother has sold. 26 If a man has no one to redeem it and then himself becomes prosperous and finds sufficient means to redeem it, 27 let him calculate the years since he sold it and pay back the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and then return to his property. 28 But if he does not have sufficient means to recover it, then what he sold shall remain in the hand of the buyer until the year of jubilee. In the jubilee it shall be released, and he shall return to his property.

29 “If a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, he may redeem it within a year of its sale. For a full year he shall have the right of redemption. 30 If it is not redeemed within a full year, then the house in the walled city shall belong in perpetuity to the buyer, throughout his generations; it shall not be released in the jubilee. 31 But the houses of the villages that have no wall around them shall be classified with the fields of the land. They may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the jubilee. 32 As for the cities of the Levites, the Levites may redeem at any time the houses in the cities they possess. 33 And if one of the Levites exercises his right of redemption, then the house that was sold in a city they possess shall be released in the jubilee. For the houses in the cities of the Levites are their possession among the people of Israel. 34 But the fields of pastureland belonging to their cities may not be sold, for that is their possession forever.

Kindness for Poor Brothers

35 “If your brother becomes poor and cannot maintain himself with you, you shall support him as though he were a stranger and a sojourner, and he shall live with you. 36 Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God, that your brother may live beside you. 37 You shall not lend him your money at interest, nor give him your food for profit. 38 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

39 “If your brother becomes poor beside you and sells himself to you, you shall not make him serve as a slave: 40 he shall be with you as a hired worker and as a sojourner. He shall serve with you until the year of the jubilee. 41 Then he shall go out from you, he and his children with him, and go back to his own clan and return to the possession of his fathers. 42 For they are my servants, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt; they shall not be sold as slaves.43 You shall not rule over him ruthlessly but shall fear your God. 44 As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are around you. 45 You may also buy from among the strangers who sojourn with you and their clans that are with you, who have been born in your land, and they may be your property. 46 You may bequeath them to your sons after you to inherit as a possession forever. You may make slaves of them, but over your brothers the people of Israel you shall not rule, one over another ruthlessly.

Redeeming a Poor Man

47 “If a stranger or sojourner with you becomes rich, and your brother beside him becomes poor and sells himself to the stranger or sojourner with you or to a member of the stranger’s clan, 48 then after he is sold he may be redeemed. One of his brothers may redeem him, 49 or his uncle or his cousin may redeem him, or a close relative from his clan may redeem him. Or if he grows rich he may redeem himself. 50 He shall calculate with his buyer from the year when he sold himself to him until the year of jubilee, and the price of his sale shall vary with the number of years. The time he was with his owner shall be rated as the time of a hired worker. 51 If there are still many years left, he shall pay proportionately for his redemption some of his sale price. 52 If there remain but a few years until the year of jubilee, he shall calculate and pay for his redemption in proportion to his years of service. 53 He shall treat him as a worker hired year by year. He shall not rule ruthlessly over him in your sight.54 And if he is not redeemed by these means, then he and his children with him shall be released in the year of jubilee. 55 For it is to me that the people of Israel are servants.  They are my servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

Blessings for Obedience

Leviticus 26

1 “You shall not make idols for yourselves or erect an image or pillar, and you shall not set up a figured stone in your land to bow down to it, for I am the LORD your God. 2 You shall keep my Sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.

3 “If you walk in my statutes and observe my commandments and do them,4 then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. 5 Your threshing shall last to the time of the grape harvest, and the grape harvest shall last to the time for sowing. And you shall eat your bread to the full and dwell in your land securely. 6 I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid. And I will remove harmful beasts from the land, and the sword shall not go through your land. 7 You shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. 8 Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall chase ten thousand, and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. 9 I will turn to you and make you fruitful and multiply you and will confirm my covenant with you. 10 You shall eat old store long kept, and you shall clear out the old to make way for the new. 11 I will make my dwelling  among you, and my soul shall not abhor you. 12 And I will walk among you and will be your God, and you shall be my people. 13 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves. And I have broken the bars of your yoke and made you walk erect.
