PG here, 1.) Friday, March 7th, 2025, Chapter 5 "Of Property," Sections 47 and 51, Pages 22 and 23, and Day 26. Each day I will try to print one page of John Locke's ***The Second Treatise of Government and Letter Concerning Toleration*** that America's Homestead and House will be restored by God. Many are the ways that divide and separate people; it is called sin. There is only one road to restoration. Amos 3:3 How can two walk together unless they agree? You can never agree to disagree. That is lying to each other. You cannot be at peace, secure in your faith in God, or have any unity as a family, a country, etc.
Chapter 5: "Of Property." Man is in nature that Almighty God created for all living beings. God has created what is needed for life: health, freedom, and happiness for all living things freely! A man or a wild lion or squirrel bird picks a berry, a walnut, kills a deer, and puts his ***labor*** to it by picking it, applying force, and knowledge to use it for his life!
PG here 2.) It has become his personal property. Everyone has the right to life, food has life in it, trees are good for fire and building homes, water for life; clean air, to provide for himself and have personal property, land that provides for him. But not more than he can use. Greed is trespassing on others rights, freedoms, and pursuit of happiness and health. But taking more than what God has provided for him. His fair share of the earth God created for him. His God promised land. It is wrong to have more than you need, and it turns rotten and goes to waste. He has trespassed or discriminated against others. All men have the earth's common land. Men change this natural course by using money, ill-gotten gain, oppression, denying others their God-given rights, and usurping others rights.

Resistance to tyranny or to liars is obedience to God's Holy Spirit. The Spirit of Truth. Jesus is the Truth. Explanation in modern terms of the Chapter "Of Property.". PG here. I worked at a bank in 1980. They used fiat dollars, but we took in silver dollars equally with paper fiat dollars. It never dawned on me that one was real money and the other was an IOU. The Federal Reserve and the bank where I worked were completely broke. The silver dollar has worth; the paper is a scam, a worthless piece of paper. That the bank was lying and deceiving everyone. It isn't a bank; it has no money! This bank had no real money to pay me. I was never paid. Paper printed up by a machne isn't real wealth; it was a lie. The Holy Spirit of Truth told me it is unfair and unjust.

22 For every woman shall ask of her neighbor, and of her that sojourneth in her house, jewels of silver and jewels of gold and raiment, and ye shall put them on your sons, and on your daughters, and shall spoil the Egyptians.
John Locke lived in a time just like today. A few men owned all the land by greed, murder, thievery, and breaking the Ten Commandments of God. By selfishness, they stole the property that all men have a right to have to provide for themselves and to obey their rightful King, Savior, and Lord.
4.) PG here, Jesus Christ, the very word of God. God created all things for good. For the use of everyone in common.
John Locke saw the oppression of the masses of people. The oppression was making all men ill. John blamed it on the idea that man came up with gold and silver coins as money. Which is NOT from the spirit of truth. John's own family wealth and being a jurist, Judge, cause him to look only at the past without knowing God created the gold and silver coins as money. God said the gold therein is good. Genesis. God said the gold and silver are his property, not man's.
Haggai 2:8 God said he would increase men's gold and silver wealth if they obeyed him. Gold and silver coinage is a creation of God as money. It was not an invention of man.
5.) PG here, cont. John Locke began writing the Second Treatise of Government before 1683 and revised it during his exile in the Netherlands. It was published anonymously in 1689. What he saw from the elites, the lords, their masters, and what we see from the elites, our task masters, is the same. Oppression, without God's morality, a clean conscience, and obedience to God's gospel of Jesus Christ. Who are men outside the kingdom of God? You'll have to read ***A Letter Concerning Toleration*** for the Christian part. Page 2 out of 40: the salvation of souls; yet, nevertheless, adultery, fornication, uncleanliness, lasciviousness, idolatry, and such-like things cannot be denied to be works of the flesh, concerning which the apostle has expressly declared that “they who do them shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”

PG here cont. 6.) These evil men were not landowners; bankers are not banks. FDR, Federal Reserve, Telephone Company, Ford, Carnegie, inventors of machines, cars, skyscrapers, and Nixon were trampling on the rights given to all men by God. This is what the main text of "Of Property" is all about. Equality among men. John Locke blamed the inequality on the invention of greed by the use of gold and silver coins. He leaves out of his thesis injustice, oppression, usurpation of God-given rights that cause evil to subjugate others as indentured servants, peasants, and slavery. Homes they build with their own two hands.Let anyone have never so true a claim to all these things, yet if he be destitute of charity, meekness, and good-will in general towards all mankind, even to those that are not Christians, he is certainly yet short of being a true Christian himself. “The kings of the Gentiles exercise leadership over them,” said our Saviour to his disciples, “but ye shall not be so.”1 The business of true religion is quite another thing. It is not instituted in order to the erecting of an external pomp, nor to the obtaining of ecclesiastical dominion, nor to the exercising of compulsive force, but to the regulating of men’s lives, according to the rules of virtue and piety. {PG this sentence means going to a grand Cathedral and following a written-out service listing to an expert priest, etc.} Whosoever will list himself under the banner of Christ, must, in the first place and above all things, make war upon his own lusts and vices. It is in vain for any man to unsurp the name of Christian, without holiness of life, purity of manners, benignity and meekness of spirit. “Let everyone that nameth the name of Christ, depart from iniquity.”2 “Thou, when thou art converted, strengthenthy brethren,” said our Lord to Peter.

away their lives—I say, if all this be done merely to make men Christians and procure their salvation, why then do they suffer whoredom, fraud, malice, and such-like enormities, which (according to the apostle)4 manifestly relish of heathenish corruption, to predominate so much and abound amongst their flocks and people? These, and such-like things, are certainly more contrary to the glory of God, to the purity of the Church, and to the salvation of souls, than any conscientious dissent from ecclesiastical decisions, or separation from public worship, whilst accompanied with innocence of life. Why, then, does this burning zeal for God, for the Church, and for the salvation of souls—burning I say, literally, with fire and faggot—pass by those moral vices and wickednesses, without any chastisement, which are acknowledged by all men to be diametrically opposite to the profession of Christianity, and bend all its nerves either to the introducing of ceremonies, or to the establishment of opinions, which for the most part are about nice and intricate matters, that exceed the capacity of ordinary understandings? Which of the parties contending about these things is in the right, which of them is guilty of schism or heresy, whether those that domineer or those that suffer, will then at last be manifest when the causes of their separation comes to be judged of He, certainly, that follows Christ, embraces His doctrine, and bears His yoke, though he forsake both father and mother, separate from the public assemblies and ceremonies of his country, or whomsoever or whatsoever else he relinquishes, will not then be judged a heretic.
The government and the church will scream about right and wrong moral stands. While burning innocent people at the public stake. But as an example with the Taters, they ignore the obvious grooming crimes going on. They kick out foreigners, shut down woke perversion in public school, but allow a self-deflamationing, self-discriminating, confessed guilty person who has testified against himself in volumes and records. Now, though the divisions that are amongst sects should be allowed to be never so obstructive of the salvation of souls; yet, nevertheless, adultery, fornication, uncleanliness, lasciviousness, idolatry, and such-like things, cannot be denied to be works of the flesh, concerning which the apostle has expressly declared that “they who do them shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”5 Whosoever, therefore, is sincerely solicitous about the kingdom of God and thinks it his duty to endeavour the enlargement of it amongst men, ought to apply himself with no less care and industry to the rooting out of these immoralities than to the extirpation of sects. There is so much land on the earth to provide land for all men to till the soil.
Farm the land.
Sect. 36. The measure of property nature has well set by the extent of men's labour and the
conveniencies of life: no man's labour could subdue, or appropriate all; nor could his enjoyment
consume more than a small part; so that it was impossible for any man, this way, to intrench upon the
right of another, or acquire to himself a property, to the prejudice of his neighbour, who would still haveroom for as good, and as large a possession (after the other had taken out his) as before it was
appropriated. This measure did confine every man's possession to a very moderate proportion, and
such as he might appropriate to himself, without injury to any body, in the first ages of the world, when
men were more in danger to be lost, by wandering from their company, in the then vast wilderness of
the earth, than to be straitened for want of room to plant in. And the same measure may be allowed still
without prejudice to any body, as full as the world seems: for supposing a man, or family, in the state
they were at first peopling of the world by 
the children of Adam, or Noah; let him plant in some inland, vacant places of America, we shall find that the possessions he could make himself, upon the measures we have given, would not be very large, nor, even to this day, prejudice the rest of mankind, or give them reason to complain, or think themselves injured by this man's incroachment, though the race of men have now spread themselves to all the corners of the world, and do infinitely exceed the small number was at the beginning. Nay, the extent of ground is of so little value, without labour, that I have heard it affirmed, that in Spain itself a man may be permitted to plough, sow and reap, without being disturbed, upon land he has no other title to, but only his making use of it. ***Of Property*** Property is necessary to provide for yourself. The only reason or right to own land is provision. Farming. Independent of others. Independence is still dependent on God Alone. God created it for everyone for free. John Locke and
other's of his time, from the great awakening or enlightenment 1500's through 1800's. John Locke shows us with God''s help the foundation of the earth. The foundation of civil government. Where the idea of private property and private possessions comes from, God. God created everything, and it is free, free for all men. You will want to know this and know God where all your rights and blessings come from. If you drink a class of water out of an ocean of water, you are being just and fair. Leaving enough for all men to have the water God created for their substance. If you take what does not belong to you or more than you need, hoarding it and making others buy it from you when God created for all to have freely, you are selfish, greedy, and breaking the law. Each person must love his neighbor as himself, desiring his neighbor's absolute solitary freedom. Like a mountain man. Land is free from God. Each man must ask God, Where is his Promised Land? Man should be punished if he takes more land or resources than he personally needs and can use to provide for his family. No man or woman has been designed by God to work for others or to work for a business. It is unnatural. Indenture servitude, or slavery, is to not be independent, working with his own two hands.
.. 2.) Men never grow up to become men, fathers, or leaders of their families, making money or profits for other men. Women never grow up to be real homemakers; mothers raise their own children. Previous Day 37....Before the appropriation of land, he who gathered as much of the wild fruit, killed, caught, or tamed, as many of the beasts, as he could; he that so imployed his pains about any of the spontaneous products of nature, as any way to alter them from the state which nature put them in, by placing any of his labour on them, did thereby acquire a propriety in them: but if they perished, in his possession, without theirdue use; if the fruits rotted, or the venison putrified, before he could spend it, he offended against the common law of nature, and was liable to be punished; he invaded his neighbour's share, for he had no right, farther than his use called for any of them, and they might serve to afford him conveniences of life. Sect. 38. The same measures governed the possession of land too: whatsoever he tilled and reaped laid up and made use of, before it spoiled, that was his peculiar right; whatsoever he enclosed, and could feed, and make use of, the cattle and product was also his.
But if either the grass of his enclosure rotted on the ground, or the fruit of his planting perished without gathering, and laying up, this part of the earth, notwithstanding his enclosure, was still to be looked on as waste, and might be the possession of any other. Thus, at the beginning, Cain might take as much ground as he could till and make it his own land, and yet leave enough to Abel's sheep to feed on; a few acres would serve for both their possessions.

PG here, 1.) March 4, 2025, Day 23, Page 19, Of Property, Chapter 5, Sections 40, 41, and 42. The point of this "Of Property by John Locke" is that if someone has land but it is not being used by anyone, no one owns it. It is common land. You can only own the land you are using. At the time 1600? about? The King and Land Owners took all the land. Everyone had to rent. But there was a lot of land not being used.
Each man has the right to a couple acres of land God created to provide for him. No one can deny him the right to own enough land to grow his own food, build a house for his family, dig a well, and raise animals.
Each man can only take or claim title to land he is actually using, and God gave it to him. The land provides for each person.
God created the earth to provide for each person. You are trespassing if you have more land than you need to provide for your family.
John Locke used words like "Intrenched on the rights of others", or prejudiced his neighbor when taking more land than necessary for his personal use. Letting food or grass for animals go to waste and rot.

Each day I will try to print one page of John Locke's ***The Second Treatise of Government and Letter Concerning Toleration*** that America's Homestead and House will be restored by God. Many are the ways that divide and separate sin. There is only one road to restoration. Amos 3:3 How can two walk together unless they agree? You can never agree to disagree. That is lying to each other. You cannot be at peace, secure in your faith in God, or have any unity as a family, a country, etc. Land, wheat, coal, brick, lime, cloth, wood, timber, pitch, and dying chemicals are worthless without labor applied to them. Labor applied to what God created for all men is what gives material any value.

Chapter 5: "Of Property." Man is in nature that Almighty God created for all living beings. God has created what is needed for life: health, freedom, and happiness for all living things freely! A man or a wild lion or squirrel bird picks a berry, a walnut, kills a deer, and puts his ***labor*** to it by picking it, applying force, and knowledge to use it for his life!
PG here 2.) It has become his personal property. Everyone has the right to life, food has life in it, trees are good for fire and building homes, water for life; clean air, to provide for himself and have personal property, land that provides for him. But not more than he can use. Greed is trespassing on others rights, freedoms, and pursuit of happiness and health. But taking more than what God has provided for him. His fair share of the earth God created for him. His God promised land. It is wrong to have more than you need, and it turns rotten and goes to waste. He has trespassed or discriminated against others. All men have the earth's common land. Men change this natural course by using money, ill-gotten gain, oppression, denying others their God-given rights, and usurping others rights.
