Kansas for President!!! The Battle Hymn of the Republic was written by Julia Ward Howe she wrote the song in 1861 It was Abe Lincoln's theme song for his election in 1864 when he died the song was played at his funeral in 1865....It's now Kansas' campaign song!

"To proclaim the favorable and acceptable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance and retribution of our God,
To comfort all who mourn.." Isaiah 61:2

                2016 The ACCEPTABLE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD!

Acceptable: Hebrew "ratsown" meaning: pleasure, delight, favour, goodwill, acceptance, goodwill, favour

Wow... as I think back and recap 2015 it seems to have been rough going for many. Muslim extremists have reeked havoc, not even sparing other Muslims, but especially targeting Jews and Christians. Beheadings are now common place headlines and the blood of martyrs cries as much now as it ever did.

Bickering, fighting, the divide in this country is great....gay marriage, abortion.... corrupt cops and a lost people trying to find a voice through a campaign yelling black lives matter... yes, they do...all lives matter..."We live in a world where the word "education" does not mean learning but merely schooling. "Civilization" does not mean cultivation and culture but rather nation-states spending astronomical amounts of wealth on preparation for war. "Food" does not mean nourishment but an endless array of substitutes, adulterants, preservatives, and growth hormones. "Shoe" does not mean footwear but foot ornament." -WMS Copperthwaite

There is a battle for natural food, to get the government out of our homes, off our plates, and out of our pockets...

We are all fed up with corruption on both sides of the isle. The recent bipartisan passing of a bill removing the country of origin requirement for meat shows just how bought off they all are. The strictest of regulations for homegrown meat and yet big processors can now enjoy slave wages by sending meat to China or anywhere to be processed under less than ideal conditions and no one will be the wiser...

There is hope on the horizon... a "sounding forth of trumpets that shall never call retreat..." It's like America, my dear lady, you're about to wake up from a long deep sleep, full of dreams that turned into fitful nightmares of war and corruption. Its time to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord!! "What if we've been wrong about things? What if there is nothing wrong with wanting and having things? That is, what's been wrong has been our relationship to things, all our coveting, greed, and lust for ownership. What would be wrong with possessions if they deprived no one? If they were made by oneself or by friends and were not for sale but freely and lovingly given?" -WMS Copperthwaite

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord!!!! His truth is marching on!!! 2016 can be a great year!! "as he died to make me holy, let us die to make men free!! Our God is marching on!!"
Kansas Matt Stoskopf for president! Farms for everyone!!

For my own family 2015 marks the end of sleeping as well. We've decided to wake up and live, take part in life!! To live, to grow, to be a part of the system that brings me life from food to clothes to housing.
"I'm very troubled by the amount of vicarious living we do, the time we spend watching someone else play ball or have adventures. The story goes that William Baden-Powell got the idea for the Boy Scouts from seeing a crowd of people watching a soccer match. He suddenly realized that the crowd should have been playing rather than watching. As a people, we live vicariously much of the time: we watch someone else's drama, ball games...or adventure, and listen to someone else's music. Instead of vicarious ball games, how about a real game of split wood - or plant garden - or catch a porcupine for supper?" -WMS Copperthwaite
America! It's time to start living!!!!

God's hand directed the formation of this great country, guiding the hearts and minds of great men and women who sought him.

Isaiah 61

Exaltation of the Afflicted

61 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
Because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me
To bring good news to the humble and afflicted;
He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the brokenhearted,
To proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives
And freedom to prisoners,

To proclaim the favorable and acceptable year of the Lord,
And the day of vengeance and retribution of our God,
To comfort all who mourn,

To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following:
To give them a [c]turban instead of dust [on their heads, a sign of mourning],
The oil of joy instead of mourning,
The garment [expressive] of praise instead of a disheartened spirit.
So they will be called the trees of righteousness [strong and magnificent, distinguished for integrity, justice, and right standing with God],
The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins,
They will raise up and restore the former desolations;
And they will renew the ruined cities,
The desolations (deserted settlements) of many generations.

Strangers will stand and feed your flocks,
And foreigners will be your farmers and your vinedressers.

But you shall be called the priests of the Lord;
People will speak of you as the ministers of our God.
You will eat the wealth of nations,
And you will boast of their riches.

Instead of your [former] shame you will have a [d]double portion;
And instead of humiliation your people will shout for joy over their portion.
Therefore in their land they will possess double [what they had forfeited];
Everlasting joy will be theirs.

For I, the Lord, love justice;
I hate robbery with [e]a burnt offering.
And I will faithfully reward them,
And make an everlasting covenant with them.

Then their offspring will be known among the nations,
And their descendants among the peoples.
All who see them [in their prosperity] will recognize and acknowledge them
That they are the people whom the Lord has blessed.
10
I will rejoice greatly in the Lord,
My soul will exult in my God;
For He has clothed me with garments of salvation,
He has covered me with a robe of righteousness,
As a bridegroom puts on a [f]turban,
And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11
For as the earth brings forth its sprouts,
And as a garden causes what is sown in it to spring up,
So the Lord God will [most certainly] cause righteousness and justice and praise
To spring up before all the nations [through the power of His word].
