Quick study: Peter said to her, "How could you conspire to test the Spirit of the Lord?"
A lot of people in America have done just that! They "say" public schools are so important because people should know how to read, but I can teach a five year old how to read the entire Bible, which is one of the hardest books to read, in one month! What are they doing the other 12 or 13 years with these children, you and I? Conspiring and lying to the Holy Spirit, which every American child "has" in them. We inherited this from the Founding Fathers. It is a part of our Christian heritage, a gift from God. We all have in us the outpouring of the Holy Spirit that leads us into all truth about God.
Where did it go? It was stolen. It took 12 or 13 years for evil people to steal it from each American.
What happens to these people who conspire to test and lie to God?
Peter said, "You have not lied to me. You have lied to "The Holy Spirit".
You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”
5 When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great fear seized all who heard what had happened. 6 Then some young men came forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him.

Modern Christian |
The church is still in the world, conforming to the world; worldly standards, ideas, philosophies, beliefs, jobs/evil works of darkness.
Jesus and the Devil are buddies? |
When people sin, everyone suffers! People are supposed to go to jail for their crimes against society. If you hurt one, you hurt everyone.
Brotherly Love |
Jesus isn't the head of the church as we know it today.
"The church", the majority of professing Christians, are out of the flow of the Holy Spirit. Somehow the modern Church believes it's better than our forefathers who actually changed the world. We seem to believe we don't have to live by the leading of the Holy Spirit or the Word of God. Look at the Founding Fathers:
"It is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor."- George Washington: Commander-in-Chief in the American Revolution; Signer of the Constitution; First President of the United States
"Human law must rest its authority ultimately upon the authority of that law which is Divine ... Far from being rivals or enemies, religion and law are twin sisters, friends, and mutual assistants. Indeed, these two sciences run into each other." - James Wilson, Signer of both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution; Original justice on the U.S. Supreme Court
"One of the beautiful boasts of our municipal jurisprudence is that Christianity is a part of the Common Law ... There never has been a period in which the Common Law did not recognize Christianity as lying at its foundations ... I verily believe Christianity necessary to the support of civil society." - Joseph Story: U.S. Supreme Court Justice; "Father of American Jurisprudence," Placed on the Court by President James Madison
Education
"Let every student be plainly instructed and earnestly pressed to consider well the main end of his life and studies is to know God and Jesus Christ which is eternal life (John 17:3) and therefore to lay Christ in the bottom as the only foundation of all sound knowledge and learning. And seeing the Lord only giveth wisdom, let every one seriously set himself by prayer in secret to seek it of Him (Proverbs 2, 3). Every one shall so exercise himself in reading the Scriptures twice a day that he shall be ready to give such an account of his proficiency therein." Harvard 1636 Student Guidelines
"All the scholars are required to live a religious and blameless life according to the rules of God's Word, diligently reading the Holy Scriptures, that fountain of Divine light and truth, and constantly attending all the duties of religion." Yale 1787 Student Guidelines
History. We have to study history. Not just any history but the History of "Jesus Christ's" work on the earth since his resurrection!
The instrument has been used since at least the time of ancient Egypt[1] to ensure that constructions are "plumb", or vertical. |
Geneva Bibles explanation of scripture:
- Zechariah 4:9 Meaning, the Prophet, that I am Christ sent of my Father for the building and preservation of my spiritual Temple.
- Zechariah 4:10 Signifying, that all were discouraged at the small and poor beginnings of the Temple.
- Zechariah 4:10 Whereby he signifieth the plummet and line, that is, that Zerubbabel which represented Christ, should go forward with his building to the joy and comfort of the godly, though the world be against him, and though his for a while be discouraged, because they see not things pleasant to the eye.
Holy Roman Empire |
They were workers hindering the work of God, stopping the building of the Temple. Jesus was not head over them. For reasons of wealth, power and control of the masses they purposefully kept the people in the dark! The church could only use Latin.
People who live by the Word of sinners build their lives on shifting sand. It is constantly changing and moving. |
These shifty evil men declared the Bible could only be written in Latin.
shift·y
ˈSHiftē/
adjective
informal
- (of a person or their manner) appearing deceitful or evasive."a shifty, fast-talking lawyer"
synonyms: devious, evasive, slippery,
duplicitous, false, deceitful,
underhanded, untrustworthy,
dishonest, shady, wily,
crafty, tricky, sneaky,
treacherous, sly, scheming, snide
In the 1500's priests started to separate themselves from "the church" hiding out in monasteries, isolated and broke the "Latin only" laws.
William Tyndale's translation was the first English Bible to draw directly from Hebrew and Greek texts, the first English one to take advantage of the printing press, and first of the new English Bibles of the Reformation. It was taken to be a direct challenge to the hegemony of both the Roman Catholic Church and the laws of England maintaining the church's position. Tyndale was executed for translating the Bible.
Martin Luther, John Wycliffe, Desiderius Erasmus
Philip Schaff, a noted church historian, writes: “The Reformation of the sixteenth century is, next to the introduction of Christianity, the greatest event in history. It marks the end of the Middle Ages and the beginning of modern times. Starting from religion, it gave, directly or indirectly, a mighty impulse to every forward movement, and made Protestantism the chief propelling force in the history of modern civilization”“
(Stephen Nichols, The Reformation: How a Monk and a Mallet Changed the World [Wheaton: Crossway, 2007], 17) Quote: At the beginning of the sixteenth century, God began to raise up a series of strong-willed figures known to history as the Reformers. There had been earlier reformers in the church, but those who came to prominence in this period were the best educated, most godly, and most faithful reform leaders the church had ever seen. These men were steeped in Scripture and marked by audacious courage in the face of opposition. They were emboldened by deep convictions as to the truth and a love for Christ’s church that drove them to attempt to bring it back to its timeless standard. In the simplest terms, they longed to see God’s people worship Him according to Scripture. These men were shining lights in a dark day.
The Reformers did not see themselves as inventors, discoverers, or creators,” according to historian Stephen Nichols. “Instead, they saw their efforts as rediscovery. They weren’t making something from scratch but were reviving what had become dead. They looked back to the Bible and to the apostolic era, as well as to early church fathers such as Augustine (354–430) for the mold by which they could shape the church and re-form it.
Zechariah stresses that God is doing his work on the earth without the help of Men.
Without the help of any man! Geneva Bible explanation of scripture:
- Zechariah 4:6 He showeth that God’s power only is sufficient to preserve his Church, though he use not man’s help thereunto.
To counteract this, God moved on men by "his Spirit" and had them write explanations by the power of "the Holy Spirit" for hard to understand scriptures.

The Geneva Bible is about "God's work" since Creation. It relates everything to Jesus Christ's mission on the earth as King. The Holy Spirit gave the authors understanding so people could know God's love for them as individuals, God's relationship to the individual man. God's relationship to his body, those in his kingdom, The church and God's relationship to those outside his Kingdom. The explanations are not all inspired by the Holy Spirit by the King of England, James.

In my early years as a Christian I was taught by the church to just use the King James version for church so there was unity.
In 1998 we moved to Tulsa, OK by the leading of the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit has been retraining our whole family ever since. We want to work with God in the "Advancement" of the church, in the "Progression" of the Christian Faith". We want to build with Jesus his temple/church on this earth.
The church stopped advancing and building, it started to decline in the late 1800's. The 1900's represented the advance of industry, man made invention, man made religions, etc.
These evil advancements were very loud, noisy and dirty, enslaving mankind to other men and things! Men took their eyes off God to see what evil men were doing, instead of turning to God to see what he is doing on the earth.
We have determined within ourselves by the conviction of the Holy Spirit to be like the reformers who believed: They weren’t making something from scratch but were reviving what had become dead. They looked back to the Bible and to the apostolic era, as well as to early church fathers such as Augustine (354–430) for the mold by which they could shape the church and re-form it.
The apostolic era had the verbal spreading of the gospel from the eyewitness counts of the disciples. Jesus tells us in Revelation that he as the master builder and has laid the foundation of his church. Each Apostle was a stone, a stone of the foundation. No one can add upon it without the holy Spirit, for each stone must be fitted perfectly.
The reformers figure it out. All men must live by every word the disciples wrote in the New Testament. This is what Martin Luther means by "The Just shall live by Faith" alone. Living by every word of the New Testament, trusting and having confidence, faith in Jesus' workmanship with these 12 men, the Apostles and with Paul. Martin Luther rebuked the Catholic church for not living by every Word of God. The church, the leaders, must obey and teach the "Word of God". Martin Luther used the Bible, scripture to rebuke the Catholic Church.

By The Holy Spirit |
Peter said, "You have not lied to me. You have lied to "The Holy Spirit".
The Holy Spirit protected himself, he protected Peter, he protected the Body of Christ. God will not be sinned against. Every day, every second, if we want God's protection, leadership, provision, health, we must commit everything to God. We must recognize the Holy Spirit in us and listen, obey above ourselves, our children, spouses, bosses, government employees, taxes, money, bills, etc.
Turn on, away from, whatever is speaking to you calling you to obey! Cry to God, Ask God to help! Be ready for anything!
As Saints our words are powerless and weak without the Holy Spirit impressing on us when, where, how, what, why of anything we do or say.
Sinners want us to get in conversations and debates with them because that is what they love; talking, fighting, quarreling, striving, debating, competing, demanding, commanding obedience, loyalty, blind faith in the system, blind faith in the Law, blind faith in them, blind faith in the government in Public schools, destroying the "Truth" with lies and arguments; gossiping, etc.
Why? To stop our
advancement of the building
of the Temple of the Holy
Spirit with Jesus Christ, God's Kingdom on the
earth!
Why? To stop our
advancement of the building
of the Temple of the Holy
Spirit with Jesus Christ, God's Kingdom on the
earth!
When you read the Words of the founding Fathers you can see, hear, know the love, power, wisdom of God that builds people up in Christ! It's powerful. no one taught them or lead them but Almighty God by his Spirit.
Saints, each of us is a "stone," a rock in the temple of God, when built, empowered, lead and strengthen by Jesus Christ.
When listening to or adhering to a sinner we become shifting sand, our lives that are built on lies, crumble. This is why sinners are called shifty!
Don't test the Spirit of the Lord, or you might end up dead.
On the other hand acknowledge God in every word, deed, thought and action and your enemies might end up dead.
Ananias and Sapphira
5 Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property. 2 With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.
3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? 4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”
5 When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great fear seized all who heard what had happened. 6 Then some young men came forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him.
7 About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. 8 Peter asked her, “Tell me, is this the price you and Ananias got for the land?”
“Yes,” she said, “that is the price.”
9 Peter said to her, “How could you conspire to test the Spirit of the Lord?Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.”
10 At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband. 11 Great fear seized the whole church and all who heard about these events.
Zechariah 41599 Geneva Bible (GNV)
4 The vision of the golden candlestick, and the exposition thereof.
1 And the Angel that talked with me, came again and waked me, as a man that is raised out of his sleep,
2 And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold, a [a]candlestick all of gold with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps therein, and seven [b]pipes to the lamps which were upon the top thereof,
3 And two olive trees over it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
4 So I answered and spake to the Angel that talked with me, saying, What are these my Lord?
5 Then the Angel that talked with me, answered and said unto me, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my Lord.
The Work of Jesus Christ Upon the earth Building his Church, Temple |
6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto [c]Zerubbabel, saying, Neither by [d]an army nor strength, but by my Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
7 Who art thou, O [e]great mountain, before Zerubbabel? thou shall be a plain, and [f]he shall bring forth the headstone thereof, with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
8 Moreover, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house: his hands shall also finish it, and [g]thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you.
10 For who hath despised the day of the [h]small things? but they shall rejoice, and shall see the stone of [i]tin in the hand of Zerubbabel:[j]these seven are the eyes of the Lord, which go through the whole world.
11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right and upon the left side thereof?
12 And I spake moreover, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches, which through the two golden pipes empty themselves into the gold?
13 And he answered me, and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my Lord.
14 Then said he, These are the two [k]olive branches, that stand with the ruler of the whole earth.
