The failure or problem with men is that they can do wrong and sin. Men do and have lied. In order to live in a free society we are all dependent on the "Honor" of men to be honest.
If one man in society lies, he can destroy the peace, happiness, harmony that men enjoy living together in peace. Because lying is an act of violence against your fellow mankind. Lying is an act of Hatred, Murder.
