Life,
***God breathed Life into Adam ***
AMP    Genesis 2:7
then the Lord God formed [that is, created the body of] man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living being [an individual complete in body and spirit].
***Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the  Life***

John 14:6 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.
***Life is in the Blood!***

Leviticus 17:11 Amplified Bible (AMP)

11 For the [alife of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement, by reason of the life [which it represents].’
***Jesus is The Bread of Life***
This page of scripture, (see link below), sums up everything. For those who want to delve deeply and be in Government or ***any authority, leadership, teaching position*** in America's 50 States or United States Constitutional Gov. Declared in 1776,  Signed on September 17, Formed in 1787
35 And Jesus said unto them, I am that bread of life: he that cometh to me, shall not hunger, and he that believeth in me, shall never thirst.
Respect and authority are not just given to anyone. Respect and authority only comes from God. It must be proven and earned over a period of time. No one can be expected to just "trust" another human being who is fallible and can be corrupted.
Men must earn respect studying Theology and showing that they have a complete understanding and knowledge of The Declaration of Independence assertion of ***All men have the right before God to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. ***

Ordain before Almighty God
To defend The Blessing of God's Liberty
Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior
THEOLOGY
In order for leaders to defend and uphold the rights of others, (Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness), others they must be able to make the assertion, the Declaration, "the solemn word" of the Declaration of the Free and Independent People of the 50 States of The United America with

the power, authority and boldness that only comes from
Almighty God!
There are unspoken, but well known and understood written in the Preamble of the Constitution.   Ordain before Almighty God
To defend The "Blessing of God's"
(Dueteronomy 28, blessings for obeying God), Liberty
Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior
THEOLOGY

So Life is in the blood, why you can not murder an infant once it is conceived is because it becomes alive and has blood.  The Blood of Jesus Christ that was breathed into Adam at Creation.

President Trump we all bleed the same color blood!  We all are created by God and we all have the life of God, Jesus Christ coursing through our bodies. Blue Blooded Americans!

From the medieval European belief that royalty and nobility had blue blood; the elite had enough power and wealth that they could afford to have peasants and the urban poor do their dirty work for them- since the aristocrats were able to stay inside and avoid long hours in the fields (and the sunlight), they were often so pale that their blue veins showed under their translucent skin, thus leading people to believe that their blood was blue.

Now it generally refers to people from old money: families who have been wealthy aristocrats for generations on generations.

The blue blood elite have long been discouraged from intermarrying with commoners, lest their pure bloodlines be contaminated, ignoring the degenerative effects of inbreeding.
Perfect Law of Liberty

Happy is the Man who's
sins are forgiven.

To live by the laws of God that have been written on everyone's heart through the death of Jesus Christ.

The Ten Commandments of God.
It is self-evident.

Romans 1:19-23 New International Version (NIV)

19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

John Locke: Natural Rights to Life, Liberty, and Property

Locke’s Two Treatises on Government
Locke’s two treatises on government were published in October 1689 with a 1690 date on the title page. While later philosophers have belittled it because Locke based his thinking on archaic notions about a “state of nature,” his bedrock principles endure. He defended the natural law tradition whose glorious lineage goes back to the ancient Jews: the tradition that rulers cannot legitimately do anything they want because there are moral laws applying to everyone.
“Reason, which is that Law,” Locke declared, “teaches all Mankind, who would but consult it, that being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his Life, Health, Liberty, or Possessions.” Locke envisioned a rule of law:
have a standing Rule to live by, common to every one of that Society, and made by the Legislative Power erected in it; A Liberty to follow my own Will in all things, where the Rule prescribes not; and not to be subject to the inconstant, uncertain, unknown, Arbitrary Will of another Man.
Locke established that private property is absolutely essential for liberty: “every Man has a Property in his own Person. This no Body has any Right to but himself. The Labour of his Body, and the Work of his Hands, we may say, are properly his.” He continues: “The great and chief end therefore, of Mens uniting into Commonwealths, and putting themselves under Government, is the Preservation of their Property.”
Locke believed people legitimately turned common property into private property by mixing their labor with it, improving it. Marxists liked to claim this meant Locke embraced the labor theory of value, but he was talking about the basis of ownership rather than value.
He insisted that people, not rulers, are sovereign. Government, Locke wrote, “can never have a Power to take to themselves the whole or any part of the Subjects Property, without their own consent. For this would be in effect to leave them no Property at all.” He makes his point even more explicit: rulers “must not raise Taxes on the Property of the People, without the Consent of the People, given by themselves, or their Deputies.”
