As Brother Timothy spoke, I tried to hear what the Holy Spirit was saying. I typed it up as a comment on his video. The following is my personal interpretation, Not from God.

Who is sovereign over the country. ***Hands of death:** The power of the Holy Spirit will cause men to die to themselves. Men of God run this country again, over those who sin: Over 9 men in black robes. The church teaches men what God's laws are. The people tell the Supreme Court what our laws are. This was a big deal. In chapter 1 here are 2 angelic visitations. 3 people were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke out the Word of God. Luke Chapter 1

Someone invariably without talking to God or the Holy Spirit is going to tell you it is a sin and it is wrong. When calls you to do something for him, To represent him before people.
Jesus ask us to bear and carry his children. Once they are born again Jesus ask us to raise them, love them, and care for them, feed them the Ten Commandments first, then add to that.
As the Bride of Christ, With the Power of the Holy Spirit, we bear fruit, conceive children for and with Jesus Christ our Husband. We propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In a sense we all become Fathers.
