Finding God is an awakening.  It is coming home after a long, and weary journey.  It is bones and muscles aching, well-worn from the trail.  You are wind whipped, clothes tattered and torn, flesh soaked to the bone from rain, sweat and tears.  It’s the feeling of having gone down the trail for so long you can’t quite remember where you came from or where you are going.  You debate turning around and going back, as you don’t think you could bear to face another day.  Alas, you are beyond the point of no return, there is no going back now.  You burned those bridges far too long ago to go back to a life of misery and torment – abuse, hopelessness, and despair.  Right about now you don’t quite know what to do anymore.  It is just a monotonous daily chore to keep functioning at a slightly above mediocre level.  All you can do is try to keep a strong hold onto your emotions… onto the reins.  You cinch your hat down low as to hide your face and continue your slow ride through the storm.  The dawn.  A new day.  As you crest yet another hill you feel as though a fog has been lifted.  A warm flame unlike any that you have ever felt before overcomes your being.  In the distance you see a familiar face on a white steed welcoming you through the gate unto the lush fertile plain.

Revelation 19
11 After that I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse [appeared]! The One Who was riding it is called Faithful (Trustworthy, Loyal, Incorruptible, Steady) and True, and He passes judgment and wages war in righteousness (holiness, justice, and uprightness).

You are safe, and your abusers and demons can no longer afflict you!

Matthew 22
13 Then the king said to the attendants, Tie him hand and foot, and throw him into the darkness outside; there will be weeping and grinding of teeth.
14 For many are called (invited and summoned), but few are chosen.

Matthew 25
31 When the Son of Man comes in His glory (His majesty and splendor), and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory.
32 All nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them [the people] from one another as a shepherd separates his sheep from the goats;
33 And He will cause the sheep to stand at His right hand, but the goats at His left.
34 Then the King will say to those at His right hand, Come, you blessed of My Father [you [g]favored of God and appointed to eternal salvation], inherit (receive as your own) the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

As you slowly ride through the vast estate in a manner of amazement and wonder,  you are greeted by your Father.  Your Lord, your God.  As you begin to throw your leg over your noble horse for a graceful dismount, He says “welcome home son.  It is good to have you home.”

Returning home is realizing just how much of life and God’s blessings you had missed out on your whole life.  You are given complete wisdom and understanding, of a cognitive level far above your own.  You realize your whole life was a lie, and those times you heard Him calling, the devil’s pawns blocked your play, nailing you down to the stake.  You weren’t allowed to follow His will.  How could you, they kept from you the greatest secret of your life.  That of God’s power.

Isaiah 40
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, does not faint or grow weary; there is no searching of His understanding.
29 He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and [selected] young men shall feebly stumble and fall exhausted;
31 But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired.

God breaks our chains and bonds to those that afflict us!  Jesus was sent to us so that we would be set free!

Isaiah 9
But [in the midst of judgment there is the promise and the certainty of the Lord’s deliverance and] there shall be no gloom for her who was in anguish. In the former time [the Lord] brought into contempt the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the latter time He will make it glorious, by the way of the Sea [of Galilee, the land] beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the nations.
2 The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light; those who dwelt in the land of intense darkness and the shadow of death, upon them has the Light shined.
3 You [O Lord] have multiplied the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before You like the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil [of battle].
4 For the yoke of [Israel’s] burden, and the staff or rod for [goading] their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor, You have broken as in the day of [Gideon with] Midian.
5 For every [tramping] warrior’s war boots and all his armor in the battle tumult and every garment rolled in blood shall be burned as fuel for the fire.
6 For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace.

In this level of understanding you realize Jesus could have set you free at any moment of your life, and for this the wicked will pay!  It is a mortal sin to not “train up a child in the way they should go (Parents following the Lord).”

Luke 18
15 Now they were also bringing [even] babies to Him that He might touch them, and when the disciples noticed it, they reproved them.
16 But Jesus called them [[l]the parents] to Him, saying, Allow the little children to come to Me, and do not hinder them, for to such [as these] belongs the kingdom of God.
17 Truly I say to you, whoever does not accept and receive and welcome the kingdom of God like a little child [does] shall not in any way enter it [at all].

God sends Jesus through the Holy Spirit as our peace and understanding.  He fights the battles for us, as he blesses His children, and punishes the wicked.  God is the bearer of good news, all we need to do is follow him to our rich reward!

Genesis 18
17 And the Lord said, Shall I hide from Abraham [My friend and servant] what I am going to do,
18 Since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed through him and shall bless themselves by him?
19 For I have known (chosen, acknowledged) him [as My own], so that he may teach and command his children and the sons of his house after him to keep the way of the Lord and to do what is just and righteous, so that the Lord may bring Abraham what He has promised him.
20 And the Lord said, Because the shriek [of the sins] of Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is exceedingly grievous,
21 I will go down now and see whether they have done altogether [as vilely and wickedly] as is the cry of it which has come to Me; and if not, I will know.

God loves children, and they are our ultimate blessing and reward for following Him.  How grievous an act is it then to abuse His children?  We need strength and perseverance in our faith.  Through faith we are given complete understanding of His will for our lives.  People joke that their spouse is their better half.  This is typically used in jest; demeaning them.  Man and woman were perfectly created for each other, so would they not be your other half, being created for you first by God before their earthly being began?  They are one flesh.  Of one flesh did God create them.  Therefore, it is in this that you realize that God’s command to rejoin them as one flesh is a coming home:  a rejoining on earth of what was created first in Heaven.  It is through marriage that they are finally reunited to half of their being.  Just think of it.  If you are single, half of you is still out there, woven of the same cloth.  Molded by His hands of the same clay.  Women are the weaker vessel.  It is because she is His flesh that a true Godly man would never lie with nor have eyes for another.  It is because of this reason that he would never think of divorce.  Just the thought of it should evoke a feeling of righteous indignation and nausea, as if half of his physical being were being cut off.  This is God’s true romance for us all.  It is only because of man’s hardened hearts, bitterness, and wicked ways did Moses write a bill of divorce.  For in a Godly man, knowing this truth, knowing that another would be lying with his flesh  (his wife from God) should be his ultimate conviction.  He is to be her protector, her provider through Christ, her penguin.  He is to seek Jesus health, salvation, and sanctity, as to lose her through death or divorce would be to lose himself.  Therefore, what God has joined together, let not man put asunder (Matthew 19:6), and this includes the couple themselves.  For to not love the other is to not love themselves.

Deuteronomy 24
When a man takes a wife and marries her, if then she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some indecency in her, and he writes her a bill of divorce, puts it in her hand, and sends her out of his house,
2 And when she departs out of his house she goes and marries another man,
3 And if the latter husband dislikes her and writes her a bill of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, or if the latter husband dies, who took her as his wife,
4 Then her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife after she is defiled. For that is an abomination before the Lord; and you shall not bring guilt upon the land which the Lord your God gives you as an inheritance.

God’s wrath is kindled upon us when we reject His pure marital joy, blessings, and provision.  For in that have they not only rejected God’s will for countless future generations of people, they defiled themselves.  For a man to harden his heart, divorce his wife and allow her to be defiled by another man, when she was divinely created as “one flesh” with Him, means He has defiled himself.  She, being his flesh, was violated by another.  They have uncovered the man’s nakedness.  For him to marry her again would be an abomination as God’s wrath has been kindled upon him.  This is an abomination in the eyes of the Lord.

Matthew 22
23 The same day some Sadducees, who say that there is no resurrection [of the dead], came to Him and they asked Him a question,
24 Saying, Teacher, Moses said, If a man dies, leaving no children, his brother shall marry the widow and raise up a family for his brother.
25 Now there were seven brothers among us; the first married and died, and, having no children, left his wife to his brother.
26 The second also died childless, and the third, down to the seventh.
27 Last of all, the woman died also.
28 Now, in the resurrection, to which of the seven will she be wife? For they all had her.
29 But Jesus replied to them, You are wrong because you know neither the Scriptures nor God’s power.
30 For in the resurrected state neither do [men] marry nor are [women] given in marriage, but they are like the angels in heaven.
31 But as to the resurrection of the dead—have you never read what was said to you by God,
32 I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead but of the living!
33 And when the throng heard it, they were astonished and filled with [[c]glad] amazement at His teaching.

Those who were with Jesus were astonished at this teaching.  I can imagine now the long faces and sideways confused glances.  In heaven we are not to marry, but are to live like angels in Heaven?  To me, this is gives nothing but complete release: a lightening of the load.

Matthew 11
30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, [t]good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.

Lord, I am ever grateful of your mercy and grace!  Many church ministers say “you sin, I sin, we all sin.”    No, No, No.  Jesus came not to merely forgive our sins my brothers and sisters.  We must be wary of the wolves among us in the faith.  Jesus came to free us from sinning.  He called upon us to live as angels on earth.  Upon our deaths, the man and woman, created of one flesh, are reunited in Heaven, where they will live for eternity.  God’s true romance.  But they won’t be married, you say?  How is that?  How can Jesus come for us on our death bed to lead us to our mansion with many rooms, hand chauffeuring us to our beloved, and we aren’t married?  What a letdown!  No, I tell you.  You must have a paradigm shift.  It tell you the truth, we must attain that next level of understanding.  It is only through humble repentance and submission to our Lord that we are saved.    Solomon wisely points out in Proverbs 1 that if we fear the Lord, and do not follow the wicked, abused people we will be blessed, and He will laugh out loud and mock when He causes our abusers to stumble.  I’ve never picked that out before.  God I fear you, and I will spend my days following your will knowing you will bring them to justice.

Proverbs 1
5 The wise also will hear and increase in learning, and the person of understanding will acquire skill and attain to sound counsel [so that he may be able to steer his course rightly]—
6 That people may understand a proverb and a figure of speech or an enigma with its interpretation, and the words of the wise and their dark sayings or riddles.
7 The reverent and worshipful fear of the Lord is the beginning and the principal and choice part of knowledge [its starting point and its essence]; but fools despise skillful and godly Wisdom, instruction, and discipline.
26 I also will laugh at your calamity (the sinful abusers, enslavers of people); I will mock when the thing comes that shall cause you terror and panic—

We have nothing to be sad and depressed about.  God is calling upon us to join him and rejoice!  We have nothing to fear, for the Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King; He will save us (Isaiah 33:22)!
The problem with most churches is that they don’t give answers to the simple questions, let alone have the knowledge that can set you free my brothers and sisters.  In the Kingdom of God we aren’t married, as it isn’t necessary.  In order to get to Heaven we need a full understanding of how we must live for God on a daily basis through the Holy Spirit.  Like Solomon we must seek his wisdom and understanding.  So it is written that if we do not know something, ask God and it shall be instructed to you.  He is our teacher.  Jesus said “for what God has joined, let no man separate.”  God knows we were made from one flesh, and He created a one true match for us all, and we won’t be complete until He has called upon us to be joined to them.  Therefore in Heaven, all being aware and of complete understanding of this, we will all spend eternity with our one true love; our flesh.  For being an angel in Heaven, one would not seek to lie with nor marry the flesh of another.  So how do we get there do you ask?  Look no further than the Lord’s Prayer.  We get there by living here on earth as angels, as to inherit the Kingdom of God.

Matthew 6
9 Pray, therefore, like this: Our Father Who is in heaven, hallowed (kept holy) be Your name.
10 Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven ([a]left, remitted, and let go of the debts, and have [b]given up resentment against) our debtors.
13 And lead (bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

We are to live on earth as they do in heaven.  Those who do not shall not inherit through Jesus Christ the Kingdom of God.  For in that moment He will say I do not know you, for I commanded you to live holy.  We are to forgive trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.  Now this does not mean that we forgive sinful abusive behavior.  It is for our brothers and sisters in Christ, as well as those enslaved or abused by others, for we come through Christ our Lord to set them free.  We forgive our family in Christ who are following the highway of holiness.   God, keep us holy and let us not be tempted by the evil one.  Deliver us from him oh Lord!  God is the kingdom of our rich inheritance.  God is the supreme power, able to overcome all evil and bless the hands of those following Him!
